Luckily I got in right at 7:35pm so right before closing and they weren't busy so it was a quick in and out trip. The store is always clean and organized and staff is always kind.

I waked into Sally's right after coming from a hair salon in which I was not happy with the results. I told the associate what I was looking for, I showed her a picture of the hair color I was going for and told her all the steps taken by the salon and still did not achieve my desired outcome.
She immediately knew what I needed and what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction, she helped me with the product and told me exactly what to do. It was so easy and so fast and she was so knowledgeable. I went home and re-did my color with the products she sold me, and the results were amazing. I was so very happy and wish I had not wasted so much money at the salon. Thank you Sally's for such great and well informed staff.

Alicia was very helpful and knowledgeable about hair treatments and helped me find the right protein treatments for my hair. She helped me find what I need very quickly and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. 5 stars to miss Alicia for her help today!! Thank you :)

The best sallys ive been into in awhile, its newly opened so theyre low stocked on a few items, but the staff is very friendly an knowledgable, I dont regularly need help in the store, but they were there when I did and overhearing them help other customers had me shocked at how knowledgable they were about the products and how to properly use them at home! I also had to revisit to repurchase a hair color that i liked, So i called ahead and the girl on the phone, amanda I think, was very helpful and held the last box at the register so i could drive up there and get it. I will be using this as my regular location!

Always refreshing to receive outstanding customer service!! Latasha was beyond helpful with a personality that makes you want to come back! I have 3 Sally beauty supply stores all within a 3-4 mile radius from me and this location will now be my only location that I will go to. I was having a rough day..... I walked in here and was immediately Greeted by the store manager Ms. Lala. She had the most uplifting smile and asked what she can help me with. I showed her pictures of what I needed and she immediately got them for me! I was literally in here for 2 minutes and I left with a smile!

Great customer service was greeted the moment I walked in and absolutely no the colors and what solutions you need to buy when it comes to hair products was so grateful and appreciated all of their service and thank them for their time

Not sure of the lady's name that helped me out with the purchase of some trimmers, but she is great.
Good attitude and knowledgeable. She obviously likes her job and enjoys life. Great experience.
