T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Dylan!? Did we just become best friends? Yesterday we transferred over, four phones and 2 Apple Watches from Verizon. Dylan and Jacob made the whole experience fantastic! Transferring that many lines is a nightmare to say the least, but we laughed the whole time and neither of them ever seemed frustrated or anxious to get us out of the store. Though heavily occupied with all our chaos, the greeting every customer who came in with a genuine “welcome”. 10/10 The I’ll always go here for all my needs! Thank you both for making this a fun enthusiastic visit!!!

I had a great experience upgrading two of my devices. The Manager, Ryan, was experienced and informational as well as patient and kind while looking to solve my problems and went out of his way to help me understand everything. This will be my go-to T-Mobile from here on out!

To be clear this is a shoutout to the manager Ryan, T-mobile as a company has poor performance. About a month ago I spoke with a manager named Ryan who was easily the most helpful representative of the company I have met. I was in a dispute with T-mobile (that I hope has since ended we'll find out in the next billing cycle) and was referred to Ryan by a manager in another city. Ryan informed me of the aforementioned managers error and gave me the steps I needed to solve the problem at hand. He further ensured that if I couldn't solve the problem with other representatives through standard channels; he would solve the problem for me. Overall I cannot stand T-mobile anymore after recent events but Ryan was a good representative.

I went in to replace the phone my bf had broke and the experience I had at this store no doubt has exceeded my expectations for any retail experience. They could have easily sold me a new phone and sent me on my way like I’m sure any retail store would do, but Dillan and the manager took their time to weight out my options for me to be able to pay the minimal amount of money and get the best deal. I have never seen any retail worker put so much effort into solving a costumers problem. I am not exaggerating when I say that they both looked over my plan and went out of their way to come up with ideas to save me money. I was there for maybe an hr and their personalities are so awesome that I didn’t even mind it one bit. I walked in thinking I was going to spend 200+ on a down payment for a phone I walked out with a brand new ohon, a free phone with a free line and I saved money on my bill so it was cheaper then when I walked in I’m not kidding these guys are pros at finding deal for their costumers I keep thinking how I could have lost out on such a good deal if I would have walked into any other T-mobile store. I don’t really leave reviews for places but I’m telling you these guys at this store are so amazing if you have any need to go to any T-mobile store come to this one they will do all in their power to help you out.

Went in after a terrible experience at a different sprint store. Been with the company for years so didn’t wanna give up on them. Amber was amazing she worked with my situation located the phone I wanted at another store and made the deal. She was friendly knowledgeable and accurate with the information she was providing. Would highly recommend this location and the associates even the manager Stephanie popped in a few times to help. I felt valued as a customer. Not only was the quote and price I paid half that of the other shop in town, they even stayed open past closing hours to finish the process. I greatly appreciate them as I also work in customer service. 11/10 would recommend much success such wow.

Went to this store a few days ago, first thing off the bat it is clean. The staff adheres to health and safety guidelines. Everything is sanitized. I was immediately greeted at the door. The rep Cecilia was amazing by not only helping me sign up. She went the extra step to help me move my number and contacts over. She was very professional. One thing I noticed that I wish google could update, is this store should not be confused with the other T-mobile location in south Salem. As I was signing up the manager Stephanie was helping a elderly couple with their phones. She was not only super polite, but very sympathetic to their dilemma. This couple was expressing their frustration with the other location and how it was taking DAYS, I KID YOU NOT DAYS. To get a phone of their choosing. Stephanie had these guys in n out in 30 mins, with smiles and new phones. You want to switch over networks fine but do so at this store. At the end of the day you will want to learn their names there. The level of support offered at this location exemplifies how a company grows and retains its customers. The product can be great but the people have to be to.

The two staff-members helped me to understand the increased coverage area in S.E. Oregon (since the merger with Sprint), ... and the importance of keeping the antenna in our mobile device clear of the protective backing of the Otter case. We have better performance of our J-7 Prime right after leaving the store! Thank you!

Yesterday I had my first experience here - IT WAS REMARKABLE! Gage, the associate who assisted me, was an angel - quite literally!!! He handle my unique circumstances with empathy, compassion, and kindness. I'm blown away! There are not enough good words to describe how he took what could been a heartbreaking and stressful situation and turned it into an uplifting and positive one instead. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! His fellow colleagues were also warm and welcoming. Very very impressed. Would give 100 stars if I could, in earnest.

Was having a service issue after upgrading my phone and the T-Mobile on South Commercial St could't figure out how to fix it. Lucky I stop by this T-Mobile and the young female customer service rep was able to figure out the issue and fix it incredible fast. If I ever have a service issue again definitely coming back to this T-Mobile.

I have been in several T-Mobile centers, but never one to match the service here. Friendly, knowledgeable, goes over and above regardless of the time necessary. I pass several others on the way but it is worth it. I am electronically challenged but they came to my level and made sure I understood. Kainoa is superb.

I was helped by Kainoa, and he was absolutely wonderful. He helped me pick out the perfect screen protector, and applied it for me. He gave the covid regulations, and treated me like a human thorough the process - he was great. will definitely be going back to this store only from now on. 10/10 recommend

My husband and I recently went in to this location to take care of our account. We were greeted and helped by Javan. We had a lot to add and figure out with out account and Javan was there to help every step of the way. He went above and beyond in customer service for all that we needed. I could not stress enough, that if you need anything for your sprint account, that you should be coming to this store!!! The manager Sybil also was amazing in assisting us with our needs. Seriously this store helped us beyond what we could have ever imagined. Thank you for amazing customer service!!!!

Kainoa was the one that helped us today upgrade and set up all three of our new androids. HE WAS AMAZING. he got them done and set up faster then any one ever has and that's saying alot we've been thru alot of new phones. He helped us find the best deals and got us where we wanted and made the experience good and enjoyable. Will by far be returning to this t mobile store again!

I went in on 2/9/18 to talk to someone about upgrading my iPhone 7+ to the iPhone 8+. As I walked in the door I was greeted by Pete. We sat down and talked about my options I told him I would like to think about exactly what it was I wanted to do. My 7+ was costing me $29 after a discount I was getting and he mentioned that after my lease was up it would go up to the normal lease price. I went back in on 2/10/18 after work spoke with Pete again and he helped me get the iPhone 8+ set up. Great service at this store much more preferred over the Lancaster store. Both days when I walked in there was nobody (customers) in the store. Pete also helped me set up Hulu for free as a promotion they have. Can’t thank you enough for all your help Pete and whatever questions he couldn’t answer the girl working with him (can’t remember her name) was quick to help answer. Awesome customer service guys thanks again!!

Great experience getting my new phone, Josh walked us through step by step, answered all my questions no matter how stupid they may have been. :) he showed us accessories and explained the benifits of each, and how they may help my certain situation. Thanks for the great service.
