I've gone to this location many times and both ladies I've dealt with were awesome but I have to give a special shout out to Kennyann as she's been amazing every time she's helped me! I can't thank her enough for all her help she rocks!!

After a nightmare of trying to deal with Cricket over the phone & even other locations. I decided to drive to this location much further from my house because I have always had great service @ this location. She was very helpful & took care of the issue quickly. The only cricket store I'll go to.

Kennyann is the most helpful and intelligent manager in Colorado....
She should be promoted instantly.....
Saved me so much time with her sharp skills and fantastic customer service....
I will come back here...

Amazing customer service!! Kenny helped us at another location she was helping out at and was amazing! She helped us set up some new phones and made it so easy for us. She then sent us to her location to have Angelo help with some cases and he was also awesome!Thank you both so much!!

Great experience. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Marissa (spelling may be wrong) was very helpful and got my new phone up and ready by before we left. I'm really dumb about phones so having someone who knows what to do was a real blessing.

They’re awesome especially the “fat”girls ❤ They’ve gone out their ways to help me out and yesterday we were laughing about how they were raising more money for their bbl! They have some good jokes all the time. Also Angelo is cool he’s a lady killer

I have been using this store for a while, i enjoy it because they have a larger store and tend to have more in stock in the location. Even though i have always had great customer service experience here today's visit made me have to review. As with many places lately they are short staffed so Angelo was the only one working and even though he had people after me he did not rush me and still offered to help with all my needs in a very friendly manner. He was also not overwhelmed even while by himself and kept a friendly demeanor and communication open with all customers in line and who entered the store as well. It has been a long time since I saw someone who really felt genuine in a busy situation so i definitely want to give Angelo and the store credit where credit is due.

The young lady working that day was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not only is the manager helpful but is very knowledgeable. I am confident when it comes to informations given by her because I know she knows what she’s doing. She has helped me numerous times on things that are beyond her job role. I’ve witnessed her going out of her way numerous to help customers coming in and out of her stores. Things that I know others won’t do. The fact that her customers follow her every time she moves to another store speaks her character loud and clear. I definitely recommend her and her store. :)

Thank goodness for people like Marissa who works at this location she's a genius she is amazing and I would not have been able to figure out my phone or get into my account without her.

The manager at cricket in wheat ridge Kenny was her name. Her attitude and knowledge was superb and she multitask with many customers. I would like to have a recommendation for excellent customer service with fixing my phone so fast and know ingredients her job. She was a pleasant and smiled all the time. Great. Employee. Kenny was amazing with helping me find a perfect phone for my appointments and apps. She was nice and friendly and went as far as transferring all my contacts to my new phone while multi tasking. I am happy to be back at cricket.

Kennyann, is amazing! She would not sell me a Cricket SIM card until she knew for sure that my phone was unlocked because there are no refunds. Kennyann should be district manager! I am upper management in hospitality so I can spot customer service stars. Guys, she is awesome!!!! Go to her if you guys have any questions about phones.

Angelo was hands down THE BEST cricket employee I ever had!!! Going to multiple locations and finally came to this location and I will never go to another location again!!! ANGELO helped my mother and I during a very stressful time with our phones and I could not be more grateful!!! I was having trouble with my iPhone SE and went to 4202 Wadsworth Cricket Store. I was immediately helped by Kennyann who started by downloading latest update. She was determined to help me saying”I want to know how to fix this”. It took maybe 40 minutes and entire time we waited on Apple she was calmly waiting on 4-5 other people at the same time. She was calm, cool, any very effective. It was a joy to watch this woman work. She is Sensational! Recommend her as high as I can. Thank you for your high level professionalism. Bruce Brown
