Lorenzo went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue on my vehicle. Within minutes he had identified the problem, fixed it and had me up and running. I was able to get it to my mechanic who confirmed what Lorenzo had already said. Trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

What a great experience! I needed a new rear brake light but couldn't get into the panel with the tools I had so their employee Lorenzo offered to change out the brake light for me. That was above and beyond and what a great employee! Highly recommend! Ask for Lorenzo!!

Went in today to get a new battery for my Subaru and both Sue and Lorenzo were so helpful and friendly! Lorenzo put in my battery quickly. I felt welcomed here which hasn’t been the case with other part stores. If I ever need anything I’ll definitely be back.

Lorenzo was awesome! I came in to get some wipers for my Escape and he was extremely helpful, and even helped me to install them. These guys are awesome.

I was in need of finding the right dash kit and wiring harness kit for a new car stereo. I have a Ford five hundred, and the right parts were proving to be more difficult to find than I had hoped. Phil A. helped me out. He had me bring in my new car stereo, and made sure I had all the right parts to do the install myself. With Phil's patience and diligence, I was able to successfully install my new car stereo, and save myself the $550.00 quality auto sound wanted.

Went for air filter and rear water blade. Lorenzo was friendly and even put the parts on my vehicle. I highly recommend this place.

Lorenzo is the man!! I stopped in on my lunch break to pick up new wiper blades, fully intending on installing them myself when I got home. Lorenzo not only showed me all of my options, but he also offered to install them for me. While he was helping, I asked him a question about my washer fluid. We opened my hood, and not only was he able to answer my question, but he also noticed my coolant was extremely low. Without being pushy, he encouraged me to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I asked him to add some coolant to my bill, and again, he offered to put it in for me. As someone that works in customer service, I appreciate all of Lorenzo’s help from the bottom of my heart. If you ever need anything from AutoZone, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Lorenzo on Kipling. 100 out of 10 customer service from Lorenzo!

I cut off my muffler and was in a dilemma because I didn't have the necessary hardware and materials to mount the new one.
Like clockwork Phil was here when I needed his expertise more than ever. He even had a suggestion to rotate the flange 90 degrees so it accents the fender.
SAFER for everybody too. He's da man.
Voila, the final product (under $20)

Lorenzo was so helpful and kind. I think he definitely saw the panic on my face of the oh no, my car isn’t running correctly. Even though he was the only person working that day, he still explained, how use the code reader, and then helps me find the part and swap it out in the parking lot, thank you so much for your help and understanding in my time of panic!

From the beginning of walking into the store Lorenzo was on it! He was resourceful and answered all my questions professionally. Long story short- he replaced my vehicle’s battery. It was probably one of the worst case scenarios but he handled it with so much patience and care. Thank you Lorenzo and I hope you have a great birthday, OG.

Went in 30 mins before close, needing a battery. Walked in and was greeted by Chris super friendly and knowledgeable. Chris helped me find the battery I needed and installed within 10 minutes and off I was. Shout out to Chris for his excellent customer service!!

I came in on a cold & cloudy day to have my battery checked, thinking I would probably end up installing the battery myself at home. At first the team thought they wouldn’t be able to install my battery, but could sell me the one I needed. Which I was fine with. Lorenzo offered to take a second look and see if he could install it. Although it was a complicated install, he said he could do it. He probably took 20 minutes out in the cold disassembling and reassembling all the little pieces around the battery. What a lifesaver! I don’t think we would’ve had all the tools to do it at home. On top of that he was very kind. Thanks again!

Great experience here. Lorenzo went out of his way to help me figure out my battery issue. He also shared lots of helpful information, taught me more about my vehicle, and saved me a ton of money. They figured out my problem within 5 minutes and got me on the road! I went to Oreily’s earlier in the day and came here for a second opinion! Glad I chose to come here.

Phil talked me through my car battery options and even asked if I needed assistance changing out my battery. I took him up on the offer and Phil was quick and efficient while also chatting with me about his recent trips. 10/10 would recommend this AutoZone and Phil specifically he was a super cool guy! Maxum (sp?) was wonderful. He helped me change my wiper blade without me even having to ask. He saw I had the wrong clip on the other blade, found a match, and fixed it for me. Then fixed a piece of trim below the wiper blades that had come loose.
Exemplary customer service.
I work in upper management and sincerely suggest he be considered for a higher position.

Came here for a headlight bulb, well once I removed the bulb the connector was jacked up so I bought a package which contained 2. This connector had to be wired in and the guy who worked there came out and dwired it in for me.. He was awesome!! I will return again and again! Thank you for your help I really appreciate it
