I had a battery die on me. Amber and team were very kind and professional in showing me all the options available. Even did some more tests to be certain that was the issue. A great representation of knowledge and customer service at a store.

I had a dead battery. After I jump started the car, I drove to O'Reilly's where they load tested the battery. It checked out good, but needed a charge which I can get by just driving the car. Cost:$0. I'll be back. Thanks guys!

Carson and Vibun are great guys. I showed up st 8:59, one minute before close, and they took care of me. We've all been there...desperate to get our cars fixed. And if it wasn't for these great two dudes customer service, I would've been SOL

I want to thank Brad for helping me find my warranty, I was called a few different locations before stopping by at his store and no one seemed to interested in digging a bit to find it. Brad helped me a ton in person and ultimately found my warranty for me!!

Customer service is great! Every time I walk in I'm greeted and asked if there's anything I can get helped finding. They also will help you figure out what's wrong with your vehicle. I have been in there before when they had a lot of customers and there was a guy who got angry at the staff and ran out. The staff can't help more than 1 person at a time, when there are only 2-3 staff members there and 10 customers, there's only so much than they can do. The staff handled this well and did not escalate the situation as I have seen in other automotive places.

Jose was so helpful and saved me hundreds of dollars by finding the part I needed and running a diagnostic test after I installed it!

Wonderful service! Had to get a socket wrench extension for a pesky battery bolt I couldn't reach with just my wrench. Zach helped me right away and got me exactly what I needed once I explained the situation. He went above and beyond to print out the manual of my car, including the suggested maintainance. Best service I have ever seen at O'reilly's. This is now my go to store!

I'm my opinion the best parts store there is. I have an 84 Toyota 4x4 truck and finding parts outside of O'Reilly's is an exercise in frustration. Prices are still a bit high but given their ability to provide the parts I need I'm willing to pay a little extra.

This I the place I go when needing parts. My car battery died 2 years into a 3 year warranty. They tested the battery and then gave me a new one for free! Months back my wife needed a new motorcycle battery and we went to a bike parts store, they gave us the wrong one. Called O'Reilly and they had the right one.

They had what I went to get from three other chain stores didn't have or even offer to help me find. I should have went to them first and I new it . lesson learned. They will be first stop from now on. Thanks guy's for all your help.
