Navy Exchange Mini Mart

Pretty much the only minimart I care to go to. Customer service is great!

Convenient and have friendly staff

Only open to the armed forces and their families or friends if sponsored by someone who is in the armed forces

Good selection of beer.

It’s a good lil convenience store. No head.

Good selection of items but I wish the hours would go later for those who work at night.

Too cramped with product and somehow overpriced not taking in consideration most customers are lower ranks.

Employees work are not fair. Some are working hard and some are not. Making stories that are not true. Terry one of the employees spreading fake rumors about my sister, like this person have kids, husband etc. which is not acceptable at all.
Managers are not fair as well to the workers,
Making fake stories, one sided to a story.
Horrible management!!!

Absolutely no training… i can understand running out of ingredients. But the staff had no clue how to make a sandwich e.g. appropriate quantities of ingredients.. cutting lol. It was bad. Definitely managed by a retired sea dog.
