Lamb's Players Theatre

My mom and I have been really enjoying the Lamb’s Players Theater musicals this year. “Respectfully Christmas” (like R E S P E C T find out what it means to me) was so good! The cast is crazy-talented. Not only are they great singers, but they also play multiple instruments and it’s just a joy to watch them perform together. The theater is very small and we always like to sit in the middle towards the front. But there’s really probably not a bad seat in the house (unless you’re really on the edges). The staff are all very nice and the theater is clean and kept up. Enjoy the toe-tapping jolly holiday fun! 🎄☃🥁

Recently saw “Jane: A Ghost Story” at Lamb’s Players Theatre on Coronado. We attend one or two performances every year and this year opted for season tickets with our dates being preview Saturday matinee shows at 2pm. Productions are always first-rate and “Jane” did not disappoint.

The theatre is intimate, with only seven rows of stadium seating covering more than 180 degrees of the stage. There are no bad seats, viewing-wise, except for possible railing providing partial view with the exits below. What you must keep in mind is that the rows are tight and leg space very minimal, unless you are on the ground floor (A) or top row (G).

Whether performances are musicals or dramas, Lamb’s does a terrific job. Parking is always an issue and the closest garages are ridiculously priced, so go early and park on a neighborhood street where there are no two-hour restrictions. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Great venue. Highly recommend Lamb’s Players Theatre.

Went and saw the show "Respectfully Christmas" Tonight with my elderly parents. Great show. Loved all the songs. my personal favorite is "MARY DID YOU KNOW"? Once again Lamb's Players Theater - GREAT JOB!!!

Lamb's never fails to deliver quality productions with fine acting and exceptionally wonderful music and sets--the plays they choose really are worthwhile. The seating is literally precarious, and of the four seating areas only the middle two are worth purchasing, but every seat in the center two sections offer fabulous theater experiences.

Wonderfully intimate venue, not a bad seat in the house. The lighting and sound is perfect and seats cushioned. I saw a performance of Million Dollar Quartet at the Lambs Players Theatre which was outstanding but the cabaret style venue made for a fully engaging show... I'll be back

The theater is remarkable and the play was fantastically exciting, I had the chance to see the Million Dollar Quartet, super talented artists with super competent staff. So happy about it

Very intimate local theatre. No seat is very far from the performers. Great local and national talent.

Super high quality talent in a lovely venue. Free parking nearby and a fun location to spend the whole day. We are season ticket holders even though we live 45 minutes north. The musicals are our favorites!

Was there for the world premiere of a new play called "Jane a ghost story". Based on the book Jane Eyre. A little slow to get started, but once I was sold into the story line it was great.
The theater is small and intimate and can pack around 200 or so people in it. Acoustics are great and the sound is clear. We had an enjoyable evening.

Fantastic theatre group. Thoughtful, funny, sad and all the emotions in between. Lamb's never disappoints.

Great location on Orange Ave. It's small, but it's best to sit in the middle for a great view. Parking is hard to find, so go early.

Absolutely love this theater! Just experienced their latest show R-E-S-P-E-C-T and it was exhilarating! Great sounds, fantastic tribute singers and band members. Every aspect of this theater is just perfect from the high rise comfortable seating to the great acoustics and volunteer ushers - perfect in every way! Great location close to some wonderful food! Highly recommend you spend an evening here experiencing whatever they're showing!

My wife and I love Lambs Theatre, we have seen over 10 shows here and have never been let down.

Always love taking the family to Lambs - have not seen a bad show yet and the local shopping and food options is perfect.

Fantastic vocals, amazing energy!!! Lambs NEVER disappoints, especially when it comes to music! The women of R.E.S.P.E.C.T rocked the house with their skills, intelligence and beauty.
People--- you really need to keep this theater on your radar. A beautiful venue, intimate seating, and always a high quality, professional, thoughtful production. 👏

Wonderful local theatre with a nice season of shows. Staff are friendly and helpful. My favorite thing about the venue is that every seat is great and your view won't be blocked by someone in front of you because the row incline is steep. Good nearby restos for before or after your show, but Nado does roll up the sidewalks pretty early.

We did RESPECT for our 49th anniversary celebration w/3 other family members......LOVED IT!!!

What a gem of a theater! The production we saw was fabulous - with very talented actors and musicians. The staff was friendly and professional. We will not be missing a production after our great evening at Lamb's Players Theatre.

Always enjoy the shows at Lamb's Players. Jane was the most recent and it was extremely well done. Can't wait for the next show.
