I was shipped the wrong item. But when communicating with them about, it they offered to send me the correct item with prepaid postage enclosed to send the wrong item back. Most companies make you pay to send it back, and then they send out the correct item. Kudos to being the gold standard of how it SHOULD be done.

As it has become an obstacle to ship vape products due to changes in laws, vape retailers have limited options for the shipping services they can use, which means that some of these less renown shipping services can sometimes be less reliable than the major carriers. I was a victim of this issue, as my order from Select Vape went missing during shipping.

This is not Select Vape's fault at all, as they are subject to the unreliability of the shipping service just as much as their customers. Fortunately, Select Vape cares about their customers. They immediately called me regarding this shipping mishap, and they worked quickly to remedy the issue. They promptly sent another order out, and they went above and beyond to ensure the package was successfully delivered to me the next day.

Select Vape earned my respect and trust with their excellent customer service. The business owner was friendly and professional during our phone call, which was much appreciated. In the end, I am very happy and grateful. I will now be a repeat customer of theirs, and I highly recommend them for all your vaping needs.

I drove from highland to pick up a mod (online checkout) that I've been trying to find for months. I love this place. They hooked me up with a new tank as well because the one I was using is a bit out of date and I'm having issues finding coils. I'm beyond satisfied! They have a HUGE selection and the customer service is awesome. I'm highly considering making the trip monthly just because my local vape shop hasn't had what I've needed lately. Thanks guys!

We were leaving for a long trip and needed pods , all the companies I normally use didn’t have in stock and not helpful on the phone . These guys were brilliant - replied to my mail within the hour and had them shipped immediately. Arrived in less than 24 hrs of me placing an order . I was lucky as we are in the same city so it was fast . However the customer service was exceptional.

A favorite salt nic flavor of mine was discontinued many months ago. Finding it locally has now become impossible. Someone I know recommended trying Select Vape and they happened to have some in stock. I checked them over thoroughly and even called to make sure their contact info was legitimate. Yep, I got someone on the phone. I put in an order and it arrived today. I had some questions regarding the tracking and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider using their business again in the future and highly recommend them. You'll want to verify, of course, if they service your area.

Absolutely impressed! Upon learning that my favorite salt was discontinued, I scrambled to locate it online. I checked out quite a few sites that claimed to have it in stock, and thankfully did my due diligence and found that they were substituting with alternate brands of their choice without notifying the buyer beforehand. I had never shopped with Select Vape before but decided to take a chance based on their shop reviews. So thankful I did! I placed my order on Thursday and received on Monday. Much to my delight it was exactly what I ordered, and I now consider myself a loyal customer. Thank you Select Vape!!

just bought my Geek Vape S100 this afternoon. they have this pretty decent price bundle includes the whole, 120ml juice, 5 extra coil, you definitely want to check it out. the staff was very helpful to all of my questions. Even helped me to set everything up. Will definitely come back here

Great recommendations on their products. They took the time talk with me regarding different options. Clean environment and quality items. Prices are reasonable compared to other vape shops that seem more like liquor stores. I visit this place every couple of weeks and would recommend this place to a friend.

Love this place! I have been shopping online with select vape since they had their first website in 2014. Since then, my boyfriend and I moved to SoCal area. We are currently living in Los Angeles, but make the drive just for the prices/combo deals alone! Discovered Select Vape by accident when my local vape shop started to develop major attitude about their inventory position, and I’m SO happy that I did! This business is the epitome of knowledge & professionalism! I've been ordering from them online for a month now. They have everything in stock for my voopoo argus. Was even surprised to see they carried both the 1.2ohm atomizers and the replacement mtl pods. I'm out of the Tampa Bay area in Florida and shipping is always fast. Will continue ordering through them.

Love this new location! I have been purchasing from Select Vape since 2015! They have the best prices, and beat all of the other local vape shops pricing. Just purchased one of their bundle kits and saved around $30 compared to other shops.
