Super friendly and helpful staff. I have been to this store a few times and my experience has always been great. Plus, the store is very clean.

You probably already know this but in case you don’t: if your engine light is on and you are wondering why, AutoZone store associates can help diagnose the issue for free.

The staff ( the guys name was Thae I believe) went above and beyond to help me figure out what part I needed and helped me change it out. The store pricing was good as well. Would highly recommend!!

Both rear cv axles replaced and they hold up rolling 35/12.50 tires improvement for the lift

Thaer A. at the Peoria, IL North Allen Road Auto Zone is a great employee. I recently visited the store to purchase a fog light replacement bulb for my 2010 Honda Pilot. After selling me the appropriate replacement bulb, Thaer asked if I had the car parked in the parking lot outside and if I would like help replacing the bulb. Thaer A. went above and beyond just selling me the appropriate part for my car. He provided excellent customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer to the North Allen Auto Zone!

Great customer service, greeted every time I walk through the door. Always quality products, never had to return them. One of your employees changed my battery in a timely manner and gave me advice on some damage to my car. Always helpful, very inviting environment. Great store.

2 weeks ago I went in needing a new battery. Sabrina was such a huge help, she was professional, informative and easy going. There were other people also getting new batteries so I had to wait a little bit for mine to be installed for me. Everything was done in a timely manner especially considering the below freezing temperatures. It was also really refreshing to see a woman who knew her stuff in such a male-dominated workspace. :)

My dad went over here for car battery and the employee was friendly and put the battery in the car for him. Walmart never has any employees and had no battery in their auto dept. Advanced auto refused to put the battery in. Thank you AutoZone for putting the battery in and having it in stock. Best service we had in Peoria.

I appreciate the guys up front help me pick a new battery for my fiance's suv. They attempted to save me money and charge her old battery but there was no hope. I appreciate bot guys who helped me, but I don't have their name.

Always helpful. We saved hundreds fixing our own vehicles with their diagnostic rather than taking them to a shop for repairs. Many parts are stocked anything else not in stock can be order for next day delivery. The store is always clean and organized.

Brian is the most absolute Best autozone has to offer as far as customer service ;) But according to their policy I have to tell you that is my opinion and it does not at all reflect the opinion of autozone as a whole lol

Above and beyond service! Showed up with broken wiper blades, while it was actively raining/sleet outside. The employee asked if I needed help (I didn't have to seek anyone out, he just came right to me). He looked up the right wipers, showed me the options & explained the difference. And then went outside in the bad weather to replace the blades for me, since they had a goofy hook/catch that can be difficult to figure out. He was super friendly & helpful! Definitely went above and beyond!!! Thank-you so much!! It made a huge difference to me!

Outstanding customer service today. Employee Thaer helped me figure out a car issue, outside in their parking lot, on a very cold day. He did so with a smile and a pleasant disposition. This particular AutoZone is my go-to for any do-it-yourself car need.
