Starbucks

Has been my go-to Starbucks for years. This specific location as this location is well managed, with great staff. Fraps have now gone over $6 so that is my limit so likely last time. Turned off autoload. Still this location is great.

Cake pops are amazing. Coffee and staff were excellent! Very quick and efficient.

Glen and University has a real good vibe. The manager Taylor is amazing. Love Mars too💕

The barista taking my order was so kind and thoughtful and asked how my day was . I remember her name was Teresa and I wish I remember who made my drink but keep up the great work !

Wow possibly the friendliest voice I've ever encountered in a drive thru so inviting and warm and genuine

I love this team they know me by name they know my order and it's not like they aren't busy. Laura is fantastic goes out of her way to give me the best customer service. She knows I'm coming back but does it anyways.

It's Starbucks it has a great vibe the employees are always interested in what I have to say.

The foods good sometimes crispy but I don't mind.

Over all the best Starbucks I've been too!

When I say that my man and I are addicts, I mean we are routine regulars at home. We have managed a collection of cold cups [about 20 in the past year] purchased with 🌟 alone.
We're in town on business for ADT Solar, stopped in for our daily 'default setting', if you will, and have just experienced, hands down, the best Starbucks beverage either of us have EVER had the pleasure of induging in! As if, in this one venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso, [with 4 pumps white mocha and caramel drizzle], I was handed the excuse for every single penny I've ever spent at Starbucks. Every. Single. Penny. Spent. Which ultimately brought me to this masterpiece. We are excited and look forward to stopping daily while in town. May even return today!!

I'm a fan of Starbucks due to the consistency and the fact that they will remake just about anything if you don't like it or what to try something.

Great place during the evening shift, day shift makes drinks totally different. I had to have my drink remade 2x. I wanted no foam and kept getting half foam.

Update: 3-3-2022 Ordered my usual after not visiting for almost a year and they were great! I requested no foam and they didn't add foam!

I do not go to Starbucks on a regular basis but I wanted a special treat and my husband was in need of a cup of coffee. I had the Mocha Frappuccino and he had their dark roast coffee. This was a great treat on a nasty day. It was the perfect pick-me up . Great fast service. It is a small shop so we were fortunate to be able to sit down and enjoy ourselves for awhile during our busy day.

I just went at rush hour and honestly had to wait a while. But what I noticed is they worked so hard and we’re ROLLING through the orders. I could tell they had some large orders and the drive through line was crazy long. They got through all the people so quick!

Great service. Very friendly staff. They even cought that my drink was made wrong before they handed it to me, and then they made it fresh right away.

Food and drinks are really well made, but almost more importantly, this location has the *nicest* staff! They are almost always busy, with lines wrapped through the parking lot, but they find a way to make each customer feel special.

the employees are extremely pleasant. i go to richwoods, and on my way to school, i might stop by and get some coffee. every morning i walk in, they greet me, have a pleasant smile on their faces, say thank you, have a good day, etc. i haven't had a single bad experience with any of the workers. not to mention, they make their drinks carefully, even when busy. they always turn out tasting amazing.

there's one worker in particular who truly makes my day just because of how happy and pleasant she is. next time i go in, i'll try to catch her name. anyway, amazing staff, amazing drinks, keep it up.

This isn't one of the usual places I stop at, I was out running errands after work and felt an extreme urge for a Mocha. This store is configured differently than most of Starbucks here, there is a long bar down the center with seating on both sides, and plugs for your electronics, plus the usual tables and chairs. I like the bar as being long legged, it is more comfortable than the tables. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. It was later in the evening so the music was a bit loud, but I'm not taking off for that since the hang out after dinner crowd had probably just started to thin out.

Favorite Starbucks in the Peoria area. It's very busy but they do a great job getting your drink finished quickly. Staff is awesome. Bathrooms and sitting area is always clean and we'll kept. WiFi speeds are better at this location than others in the area. If you need a quiet place to sit and talk, avoid this location from 3p-5p on weekdays, otherwise you'll be fine.

BEST Starbucks in Peoria. They are always consistent with their drinks but most importantly the staff is amazing. They’re always friendly and really try to build a personal connection with you-which if you are a regular like me-it makes your “going to get coffee” experience better. Like I said...it’s the best Starbucks in Peoria, trust me I would know, I’ve been to them all and I always come back to this one which is super convenient for me since it’s the closest one to me. 😊

Long line in the drive through but their coffees are great! Always very kind and friendly staff eager to help!

Thursday, Nov 7th, I went to the Glen and University location for my first holiday drink and my free cup! As I was leaving I tripped and fell, spilling my drink . The employees and customers were very helpful and caring. They made a new drink and helped me to my car. What a great crew and group of customers!! Thank you to all!
