T-Mobile

I don't often come to the store unless I'm in the area which is about once or twice a month, but whenever I do come in, I'm always greeted by one or the whole team with a smile!

I can confidently say the team is considerate of my needs or concerns when I have T-Mobile questions. They are professional, honest with proven actions, and create a fun environment not just for me but for their customers. Most retail stores I don't get that kind of treatment, but here I get it. Thanks a million 😁

What stood out for me is their store is immaculate and up to date like showing current marketing flyers about the latest and greatest phones right next to them, visually appealing to check out these cool Android products.

I can't name all of the sales rep here as they are all fantastic, but I want to give the leaders a commendable shout-out they deserve, Bonn and Jason, for leading a positive and engaging work environment. Keep doing what you're doing!

Josh was super helpful getting my new phone set up. I live in the Lynnwood area but always come to the shoreline store because of the fantastic customer service here.

Great experience upgrading my phone. The employee helping was incredibly friendly and so helpful. I appreciate the low pressure sales as not feeling like I’m just another customer!

I went to this store looking to resolve an issue with my account and a rep introduced me to T-mobile home internet. After switching from cable to T-Mobile, I got better consistent internet and better speeds throughout the day.

Setting up the unit at home was easy. The rep at the store helped me with the basic setup so that all I had to do at home was plug and play. I found a spot that I get “very good” 5G signal and plugged it in and it was good to go.

Overall this store has friendly staff and not only they helped me with my account issue, they helped me save money on better home internet

Day 1 review - great service and super helpful staff. I switched over from another carrier to T mobile. Everything related to porting over accounts was by done T-mobile staff (Priscilla G) and it worked great. This store is clean, safe, great daylight, and spacious. They have good amount of new phones/devices on the display. While waiting for my stuff I observed that they greet every customer upon arrival. Multiple hand sanitizer around the store.

The team here is very professional, knowledgeable, and actively creates a compassionate and helpful environment.

We interacted with Zook, Mohammed, Deepti and Jason. They all were extremely helpful and tried a million different ways to help us with out very out of box issue.

Thank you all for your patience and professionalism.

Some things that stood out for me:
1. They greet everyone as they walk in the door.
2. They work together as a team and seem to have a strong and supportive team dynamic.
3. They aren't afraid to try different solutions and offer new solutions.

Great job to the leadership at the store for fostering such a great work environment.

My mom had an issue with her phone and she was very stressed out, solving the issue took two visits, but when I tell you that Bon and Richard made our visits 100% painless, I mean they were so patient and both took their time to ensure they were doing all they could to solve the problem. I went to this store when I was in town visiting a relative. The staff there was extremely helpful. I had in my opinion a complex question about my plan and devices and adding a line for this relative. The store manager (Bonn) got involved, and they were very patient with me and explained everything in easy to understand terms. I walked out of the store feeling very confident. Thank you!

Joshua was kind, capable, helpful and really patient. He handled all the set up of both my new phone and watch. He was gracious. You have a really good employee.

These are very good people. They've been trained well, and when uncertain, quickly get answers from someone who does.
We were seated promptly and given full attention. After sifting through or needs, to our surprise, the representative informed us that we didn't need to change our plan or purchase anything at all!
This will be the first place we go next time we need a phone!

When you walk into the store, the layout is really open and welcoming, with comfortable spaces to meet with the consultants. We got really knowledgeable and enthusiastic help from Jamal, who worked really hard to meet a moderate list of picky demands and get us the best trade in value and upgrade model. He knew how to use the system and helped us find exactly the right model and trade in. I've been to a lot of T-mobile stores in the area, and the staff at this one really stands out.
