Love this place. The staff are very nice. And polite. The bathrooms are clean ... Well stocked with toilet paper, air freshener, and paper towels.
The aisles are clean, shelves are well stocked, prices are very good. You can get a lot of bang for your buck.

I had been in several times looking at patio furniture. This trip, we had Chris supporting us and he knew the patio section very well. He was patient with us as we evaluated a couple of sets and helped us find the best option. We were super happy campers when we left with our new patio conversation set! Great shopping experience.

We really enjoyed the grand opening of the new Big Lots in Beaumont. Located right next to Home Depot on 2nd Street. AND the 25% off was nice, too. A few empty spots where problems with product availability was evident.

There was this heavy set hispanic guy with a comb-over hair style stocking the holiday area.. amazing customer service.. extremely aware of his surroundings and listening in on costumers around him who were simply curious to where things were at.. we literally didn't even need to approach him or ask him directly, he was there to guide us with no frustration or hesitation. No other employees in there matched his customer service and energy.. give that man a raise 👏

Good deals on furniture. 15% coupon for new sign-ups. Website linked in email didn't work on PC or phone to claim coupon. The staff took care of it promptly!

This location always has a nice inventory. Their in stock with alot of items other locations may have. Im giving up the secret but o well, they deserve some credit. The customer service is pretty good as well, no complaints thus far.

The store is clean and seems stocked. I love the variety they have. Just bought some cooling sheets for $25 bucks. Their awesome and so the job! I love this store

One of my favorite places to shop and the people who work there are friendly. They have for the most part the same stuff that other stores have. Plus a lot of unique things that other stores don't have. It's just a experience walking through the store looking at different items from different places.

Shoppings always good and the prices are really good and I just can't find that moon pies you only get them seasonal I guess but that's my favorite cookie treat Mumbai other than that great

I went to check out some furniture we were really impressed. The girl that helped us was very helpful the never really put up reviews but i had to with the quality of customer service we received full 5 stars.

Just called to see if they had a product in stock, spoke to Pat and she was amazing. Checked to make sure the product was there and told me all the different colors! Great customer service

Grest prices and good products.. Nice store to visit for many home essentials.... Now with covid-19 its hard to find many of our daily essentials.. Big lots it always stocked, constantly restocked.. I can assure you. I deliver to many big lots stores to keep them full and equipped.

Workers were very helpful. We started at the Redlands store but they did not have the item a recliner, we wanted in stock. The customer service person called around to several stores until she located the one in Hemet that had the item. The Hemet store put a hold on the item until we could get there. The Hemet fueniture customer service person was also extremely helpful with loading the chair into our CR-V.
