I had an appointment today at 4pm. First off, I’ve rescheduled this appointment about 3 times and not once did the girls give me a hard time. My husband and I don’t have the best schedules and most times that can be stressful but they never once made me feel guilty for rescheduling. At my appointment I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who took all my basic information and communicated with us that the server was not working at the moment so if we decide to get digital prints it would take about a week to receive them which is about 4-5 days longer than usual but I had no problem with that and continued my appointment. Disclaimer I have a crazy toddler and after missing a nap he was not his best however Elle was amazing !!!! She had me step in and get my son comfortable. He was insane but somehow she made it comfortable for us. We sang Mickey Mouse songs to get his attention and let’s just say I might’ve looked like a complete dummy but she was soooo amazing! She was very helpful in going over our package options despite my son being a complete cry baby ahaha. Nonetheless I can’t thank her enough! We got some pretty amazing shots and I had an amazing experience with her! Thank you Elle! You rock!!!

I visited the salon about 10 days ago. My hair was a mess. My appointment was with Mavrene. While there in the salon... I felt pampered and she listened to what I wanted in a cut. She was professional and it showed in her confidence when working on me. She also did my brows. Ill be back in Oct for a color. I'm so happy to have found someone local to do my hair.

Good place to shop for what you need

Lots of clearance racks though out the store. All departments. Store was neat and clean. Plenty of staff in the floor to assist.

Good store. Great customer service. But it takes too long to check out. Long lines. I'll still go back though. Good discounts. This store has everything I need.

Update: It was very hot outside today in late June 2022. And the air conditioning system inside JCPenney's was not working properly. I could only stay for a few more minutes because my energy got so depleted from the heat inside the store. I tried a couple of clothes on but I ended up buying nothing. It was too hot to shop. They need to get that fixed.

This JCPenny store is so well organized and clean. Black Friday shopping here in this store was amazing. Waiting in what I thought would be a very long wait to get to register, turned out to be very quick. All registers were open and each cashier was quick and helpful.

Very pleasant experience, the sales woman on the floor really put effort into help me find what I was looking for. And the ladies cash sharing were very upbeat and friendly. Sephora was awesome too I really appreciate Sh

I just wanted to get out of the house for a little bit. I needed a new price range handbag but I didn't find what I was looking for. The women's dept In the store has been rearranged just goes to show that if you can go you need to go and see the changes. But do so with your masks and socially distance
Basically the store was clean and quiet. They're bringing out the spring clothes.

This is the first time I've had a chance to visit the JCPenney in Redlands California. It was Immaculate, they had a large array of clothing, for both men women and children. An amazing sales staff whom are very very friendly, and knowledgeable. We plan on going back after the Christmas holiday.

Very clean and customer service is EXCELLENT!

I went here with my neighbor recently and she had a lot of returns and zero organization.

We had to wait a while at the returns desk but another employee showed up and helped us right away when she saw the line.

My neighbor, like I said was unorganized and the woman helping us was extremely patient with her. They had a small hunt going as they rifled through clothes, shoes and receipts. It was all sorted pretty quickly and left us feeling satisfied when we finished.
