Lowe's Home Improvement

Everyone was friendly and we had fun looking at all the Christmas items. Checked out the new plants for the season. I know it's January but seed's and plants are always needed.

I bought a washer. 1 thing I really loved about my shopping experience was the lady who was working the appliance area, acknowledged us, told us that she is willing to answer any questions. And allowed us to shop and choose with ZERO PRESSURE

Always friendly and pleasant customer service although on the floor I wish I could see a few more people but once I get somebody they’re excellent. Plus whatever I buy is reasonably priced no price gouging here.

I just want to share that I had a fantastic experience working with Erwin and Austen (hope I spelled their names correctly)
The 3rd party delivery company failed to take my order 2 days in row. These guys jumped through hoops went way above and beyond to make sure I got the order the next day.
Very grateful they took ownership of the situation and made it happen!

Never had one problem out off all the stores that I have had to get supplies and I have been in 45 states and LOWES is where the pros go! Seriously not one problem .thank you Lowes for the help.Special shoutout to the gang at the Highland Ca store on Greenspot Rd ! See you soon!

Lowes always seems to have what I need or what it is I'm looking for when the other hardware stores don't. I guess I should make lowes my go to hardware store first.
My old bbq was worn out and so I've been looking for a new one. The are so expensive now a days. The ones that don't cost alot of $ are cheaply made and are from China. I try to buy American made before anything else. Definitely better quality and to me well worth the price. I love weber grills cause they last forever and I've never had any problems with their grills. So I ended up buying a weber spirit 2 burner propane grill. Nothing fancy just a good solid bbq. A little pricey but compared to the cheaper brand names this was by far the nest choice. Now how long will it take me to put this thing together ...?

I recently purchased a utility room stainless steel sink and faucet on-line from Lowe's, with pick-up at the store. Their price was as good as Amazon's, the merchandise arrived promptly, and the pick-up at the store was very efficient and quick.

Melissa in flooring is super helpful, goes above and beyond and keeps in contact about every step of your install, highly recommend Lowe's Redlands for flooring purchases and installation.

We found a beautiful 7 .5 ft artificial tree. Nice people and great service.

I found what I was looking for on the web and got it more quickly than home Depot could get it to me.

For a man that loves tools this place takes the cake. Friendly helpful staff, I came in on Father's day and left happy. All the workers here are awesome! I was so contempt and happy, I told my boys " yeah I got my toy set instead on tool set". My son said I became a lil kid again. Well I guess that's what life is all about to be happy one must find there happy place. For me this was it!!!!

So I came in to buy some Door locks for my home 🏡 I want to use the same key. So Ken help me do just that. Thank you Ken you are an awesome Lowe's employee.

Best home improvement store around. Employees are always willing to help.
Update 09/08/23 - still best selection for home needs, clean store and helpful staff. It's a little farther than the Orange store, but worth a lil traffic and a few more miles.
Update 02/11/24- still driving a little further for better selection and quality. And, still my favorite home improvement store.

WOW!!! These guys are the best!!! Had a slight bbq dilemma, my dumb a$$ went to pick it up in a maxima 🤦🏼‍♀, but Jon saved me another trip by taking it out of the box and putting all the pieces in the car! They even put some of the styrofoam pieces down to spare my leather seats, much, MUCH appreciated! It took a team, but these five employees went way out of their way to help me tonight, some even off the clock. The gentleman on the far left even offered to put it in his truck and drive it to my home. Highly recommend this Lowe’s store and there amazing team who were all so kind and helpful, with stellar customer service!!

At a 20 mile distance from me, this is the nearest Lowe's to me, whereas the other big box store with the square orange logo is just 1 mile from me. The other store gets all the attention from me due to it's convenient location.

That said, I had been blinded by the fact that there is always more selection available if you simply search for prodhcts outside of your norm zones / region. After striking out on selection desirable tile from the other store, I made the 20 trip to Lowe's and on the first trip found a tile that was liked.

I can't say enough about Lowe's and specifically this location.
Whether its dealing with the team at the Pro Desk, asking a department specialist a question or even the people at returns... this location has always gone above and beyond to make sure I could find everything I needed, My questions were answered, and that My projects were successful. This is both for My professional work as well as personal projects.
I know that all of this high level of service can only be accomplished when management supports it and cultivates such an environment. So I want to acknowledge the management team for making this location a pleasure to shop at.
I specifically want to thank Jess for years for the great service on so many different projects... whether it was for My business, or when I've done volunteering for schools or just home improvement. His insight and help has been priceless.
And a side note, there are actually multiple Lowe's locations that are closer to My house and most of My projects, and I have tried shopping at them, but their quality of service just doesn't measure up. So I'd rather drive an extra 10-20 minutes, even with the gas prices where they are, to know I am getting the right items and accurate information. Plus top tier customer service.

So thank you to everyone at the Redlands Lowe's for knowing how to treat a customer right for over a decade.

I was trying to put together and eliptical machine at home. Some of the screws were the wrong size ( too big) and one important part was stripped. 2 gentlemen in hardware worked to successfully salvage the damaged screw and to replace the ones runway didn't fit the machine! They went above and beyond! The b assembly was a success!

Beyond good customer service!!! What an amazing group of individuals working at this store! Virgie has gotten hard to find large quantities of products ordered to fill my needs. Ben has put me in touch with a custom cabinet countertop company. Kim has arranged drywall to be loaded up onto a cart before I even got a chance to pay for it. The lot attendants are eager to help load products.

Previously on a visit to Lowe's, I found exactly what I was looking for for my painting job. I also found poinsettias marked down half price. Score! I set off the security alarm as I was exiting the store and a clerk waved me off. It was a quick in and out visit.

On my last visit, I stopped in for a window screen replacement tool and staircase baluster. Found them quickly! There's always help around Lowe's if needed.

Today I visited because I needed a replacement refrigerator for my outdoor kitchen island and Lowe's had the best priced one around. I was skeptical but it had a 4.7 star rating so I purchased it with a 3-year warranty, just in case. There were no refrigerators left on the shelf so I needed help retrieving one from a pallet several feet high up on a shelf. Staff was extremely fast and courteous in getting that down for me.

I also picked up some really nice pots at prices that were much lower priced than the local nursery, for comparable pots. Of course I then also had to buy some plants. I have to say, their nursery looked beautiful today! They offered an array of extremely healthy looking plants and all of the soil, and nutrients anyone could need for their plants.

I always have the best shopping experience at Lowe's!

On yet another visit, today I stopped in for screws and anchor bolts. I have always been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you, Lowe's!
