my neighborhood ups store runs like clockwork. Even at holiday time they know what they are doing and the lines move like a bullet train. Everyone is friendly and helpful and tries to work with your price range. They have a notary too. Very efficient very quick and done well. If you stink with technology as I do they will walk you through it . They are patient And also do old picture restoration.
The Garden City Park store on Jericho is the best one in the area. They are all good but GCP is like a well oiled machine.

This is my ups store of choice because they are always nice and polite,I have never had an issue or had to stand on along line,parking is always available and it's very convenient, the ups team inside make up a great staff keep it up,Happy holidays

Ups customer service is excellent.They are friendly and work fast so we don’t have to wait in line .

Not only a convenient location, but the staff is extremely efficient! As soon as a line forms, they stop whatever they were doing and open a station! Oh, and very friendly too!

Extremely helpful individual working to make everyone happy. One of the most busy store but they are very active and make sure that everyone is happy.

The associate was very courteous and competent. He explained everything he was doing and answered all the questions.

My wife have been using service at this location at least twice a week for over 7 months. The service is great, and very fast, every one make sure the clients don’t wait no more than 2-3 minutes. Its very important, since every one lives a very busy life….!

I was returning a package and mistakenly brought it to the UPS store instead of the USPS(Post office). Xavier helped me and promised to send my package out with the next USPS pickup. Much better than any post office experience I ever had.

Amazing service! I went in there yesterday and saw a line of at least 5-6 ppl, was about to turn around and leave, since i didn't have time to wait. The manager was able to provide quick service to everyone with a smile and asked every customer "how are you? is there anything else I can help with?" I was out in less than 5 minutes. I have been there previously where he has helped with various issues. As a business owner myself, this is exactly the kind of employee I would want working for me!

This is the closest UPS store to me, and I've used it several times, mostly to return products ordered from Amazon. Service has consistently been fast and friendly.

This location is my go to ups. Every one of their staff whom I have encountered has been all courteous and professional. They all work very efficiently and my experience here has been nothing but pleasant.

I have had to go to this UPS location a lot this year. Everytime I have gone the staff has been helpful and nice even on the busiest days. Each time I have sent package's USP ground they arrived within a day or two and in good condition. Very pleased with their service.

Very kind and helpful, today I was there I need extra help with the shipping label, that I was not receiving from where I had to send the package this young gentleman help me to speak even with the company, when I received he even printed for me. They really go behind what you expect for service.
I prefer go there even if is a little farther away
5 stars deserved.
