I called to ask question about my medication, a beautiful lady by the name of Gretchen pick up the phone. I asked her several question which I was not aware of at all . Gretchen kindly answers all the question with a kind voice and ver knowledgeable . I was very thankful that Gretchen picked up the phone . I give Gretchen 10 stars for being a professional kind person .

I have a difficult coupon for an RX that is almost always out of stock. Not only did Taylor figure out how to process the coupon and then when she learned it was on an extensive back order she found it in stock at another Walgreens, she then talked the new associate through how to process so I could get my much needed medication and use the coupon.
Taylor is A+ TOP NOTCH and I am so grateful she was here to help!
