The Only metro place in ohio offering real payments plan on iphones in very cheap prices. I got my new iphone 14 pro for just 42$ and my son got moto g stylus 5g for just 16$ . I went in this store for first time and had the great experience. Must mention the people working there were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Suggested me the right way of saving some bucks. I will recommend this store to everyone.

JT was extraordinary in his ability and knowledge! I am not. He walked us through our purchase...saved me hundreds of dollars in the plan and the Amazon prime membership. What a great guy. He was kind and patient and so personable. He went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and all the i's were dotted and t's crossed! The Rep (Alexander) was great. He was knowledgeable, related well to us as customers, and efficient at his job. In some OTHER stores, I wasn't done for an hour, but Alexander took care of my husband and I and got us a new phone, phone case, and added a line (and activated it) all within a matter of minutes. He had a great personality to go along with his knowledge. We were done and out the door within about 15 minutes of walking in. As long as Alexander is working there, I'll HIGHLY recommend this location.
