AT&T Store

Ervin and Arnelle are the best!!! My dad and I thoroughly messed up the settings on his iPhone and I thought I was an expert, ha ha. They helped put us back on track without making us feel stupid, the ultimate customer service experience! Highly recommended and we won’t go anywhere else.

We had excellent service & results with Amar! He went over and beyond our needs helping us. We would highly recommend Amar! This was our 3rd store and Amar was the customer tep for AT & T who resolved our issue! We highly recommend him at AT &T for this Delray location.

Excellent service! I was upgrading my iPhone via a trade-in. Whitney made the entire process easy / no hassles for me. I find this store the best ATT store i have ever used but especially in Delray Beach. One can count on friendly & efficient service - that is not true at other locations

Pierre, the manager, was super knowledgeable and helped us upgrade while saving us money with his deep product knowledge and knowledge of how ATT works. At the same time, I was impressed with how he was able to upsell us on multiple items while still feeling good about everything we purchased.

My experience with the Manager Pierre, to the employee , Estaphanie was phenomenal. My phone was stolen and to alleviate my panic they were kind enough to provide a back up phone until my new phone was delivered due to Insurance claim/delay. Once my new phone arrived Pierre assisted in the set up of the new phone. Highly recommend. Excellent customer care/empathy.

My husband and I were so impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff at this store. They worked out problems on our account and made life so much easier for us compared to other stores and Customer Service. Stephanie was outstanding and Pierre and Manny were very creative. I know people have a lot of store choices but I would only come here to NE 5th Avenue Delray Beach Fl.

The team at this store were amazing today. Friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new SIM card for both myself and my wife. Everything was sorted efficiently and quickly in a warm & friendly atmosphere.

Outstanding staff & service from purchase through transferring data. I have my choice of two AT&T stores within walking distance to my home and come back to this Delray Beach location time & again. I recommend this location to anyone who appreciates excellent one on one service!

Store manager Norlan was excellent in helping me select the right plan. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will only go to him in the future before I make any decision on any plan or equipment change. I’ve been to other ATT store and this one is the best!

I had been thinking of changing my internet service. After visiting the store on May 8th at about 2 p.m. I was absolutely convinced to change to AT&T. The service was amazing, and the person who waited on me was polite attentive and well-informed

Mike (The store mgr) is great! This store is the best Ive been too-excellent service. Mike and Jeff go above & beyond to help and seem genuine. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to be honest.
