Kohl's

I like shopping at Kohls because they are always having sales and have loads of clothes to browse through. The other departments like household decor or kitchen or dining items is somewhat limited. The store has rarely been too busy when I've gone so checkout has generally been pretty quick. I don't really like being pressured to apply for a Kohls card at checkout though, I know it offers more savings but "no" should be enough. The store is clean, bright and it's easy to maneuver around the different sections. You can even do Amazon return ls here now!

The Sephora clerk Kiran was very helpful and knowledgeable about my Sephora points being linked to my Kohl’s account. She was very helpful and her customer service skills were excellent.

Great site, very clean and inviting. The employees are friendly and helpful. Good feature, they have an Amazon return area and although the line was 6 people deep, it went fast, I didn't even stand for 2 minutes total in line.

Then after I returned my item, I got a 25% coupon from them! BOOM 💥

The Wylie Kohls store is excellent. They have a great selection and the store is set up easy to navigate. It is very easy to find what I am looking for. And I love the prices at Kohls and the Kohls cash which help me save money. Also, I love that I can do ship to store and that they accept Amazon returns. The store is very near my house and I often walk there and I appreciate the proximity.

This is a great department store. The layout is clean and bright with lots and lots of choices for clothing, shoes, and household goodies. There are bargains galore, and the staff are friendly.

This is a nice Kolh's. It has a Sephora inside and an Amazon return. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. They had one of their good sales going on when I last was there. I happen to like Kolh's. I think their selections and sales are better than Macy's.

Very cooperative, Active & friendly staff

It was wonderful! At the front of the store they always have had children's stories with the book characters but this time they had a book I read as a kid, and it was too cute not to pass up! They always have great clothing and jewelry too.

My Most favorite store! It's laid out beautifully! Everything is clean & organized, which is so hard to do. Staff is AMAZING! They are so very helpful & friendly! The prices are incredible! I can ALWAYS find a deal! I have NEVER saved so much money for such great quality items! The staff will give you discount cards for a percentage off if you don't have any coupons. I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STORE!

One of the staff members was extremely helpful and even during busy Christmas hours took the extra time to help me out to bring a cart when she saw I had quite a few things I had picked out. All the while with a great smile. That's what I call great customer service!

This Kohls location is amazing. I started coming here to do my Amazon returns and loved the $5 Kohls cash with every return! I just got a Kohls credit card to get the 35% off a larger purchase and am blown away by the deals, rewards, and Kohls cash I get!

Nice place for shopping, but price wise high

My wife and I've been there several times and have not had any bad experiences. This is also an authorized Amazon return facility for those who order online and it's not the right product

My favorite thing about Kohl’s is that there are always so many discounts that no matter how much I think I spent, the final price is always lower. This is my #1 place for clothes.
