Lowe's in my neighborhood is very impressive. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Lynda was incredibly helpful, guiding me through different departments for my varied needs. She went above and beyond by figuring out what items I needed, and made sure I got the best deal. She recommended other resources for my requests, but helped me find a more convenient item at the store. When I was struggling with an awkwardly shaped bit of merchandise, she rearranged the contents of my cart to make sure everything was secure.

The clerk at the self checkout was also helpful, chatting pleasantly and helping me with the scanner gun. I will be sure to use the store again when I am in the neighborhood.

It would be nice if you could find someone that can help with customer questions no one is ever around

Friendly people. You always find somebody to help. Store is always clean. Bathrooms are also clean. Makes things easy for customers to shop.

Bought carpet recently. Needed a quick turnover, so Lynda did an amazing job of helping me pick something available in store and setting it up so I could get the room measured within a day and then hopefully approve the quote so that the installer could come out. After the measuring which also went well, Morgan worked with me on the quote and changing up some of the elements so I could stay within budget. I was disappointed the installer couldn't come out sooner, but everyone tried their hardest to fit me and, and everyone was very friendly and attentive. The installer did a great job, and I'm so happy with the final product. Thank you for all the help.

Great experience wanted to give a shout out to Justin the front end loader. This guy is an Allstar helped me load up 50 boxes of vinyl flooring in 90 degree heat. Very nice guy very professional and helpful

Plant lovers unite ... great inventory reduction plant sale. Perennials for .25 - $1. Plants that were as much as $15 each can be had for $1.

This location is always clean and tidy. Today I was assisted by Scott, the store manager. What a friendly guy! He was very upbeat and positive, eager to help me get the products I was looking for. He took the time to not only help me, but also get to know me a little bit. After a short conversation, he assured me that he and his staff are always available to help out. Thank you Scott for running such a great store!!

Andrew helped us make an important purchase with kindness and professionalism. He knew his products and gave us great feedback. The store is the best stocked location I've ever seen and clean. The staff is very friendly. We always have a great experience in the lawn and garden section as well.

Stephanie had the patience I can only measure in a biblical sense as that of Job. She took charge of a warranty issue and worked with the manufacturer to help arrive a resolution. Just when it looked like a routine exchange, we discovered the same Kobalt battery was no longer being made. She took the time to arrange what I considered an even swap. Luckily I had the time to work through the hour long process. Great customer service!

The garden department was super helpful. We had someone help load the mulch and give us tips for future projects and purchases. I have really appreciated their customer service.

I’d had my fridge for a month and the freezer froze shut. I had dealt back and forth with the warranty department from corporate lowes on regards to it and was given the run around for a month.

The manager and more specifically the assistant manager (a women with glasses) was quick to resolve it. I went to the store and less than a week later our issue was resolved. I give ZERO stars to the pathetic excuse of warranty service. Completely awful.

BUT, I give 5 stars to the management team at this location. My daughters Breastmilk was in our frozen freezer and they understood my need for it especially during this time of shortage.

This particular lowes is genuinely amazing, from the cashiers, to the wandering helpers and all the way up through management. I've spent far too much time in that store and had a fair share of problems pop up. The incredible part of this store team is that they understand that problems are a part of the constantly evolving nature of customer service and go to any lengths to solve that problem. The pro team is who I primarily dealt with, they literally wallop the services compared to other lowes pro teams. I sincerely hope other customers choose this location so they can have the true "lowes experience ", just damn good people.

The staff is amazing. I called to check to make sure they had the product I was looking for, they did. The cashier immediately called for assistance since it was a large item. A young man assisted me loading the item and even took my cart back in. All were polite and patient with me.
