I did a online order for store pickup, so I called the store several times to see if my order is ready they never answered the phone

Kimisha is very unprofessional and needs to be retrained on her attitude dealing with customers and coustomer service she showed no interest in explaining the return policy after I just bought the shoes no less than a hour ago. I would not recommend paying in credit)debit here for shoes I wouldn't recommend buying shoes here they get shoes late or way after the release anyway so good luck. Won't step foot in again.
