Since I got a PO BOX, I had used the wrong key every time I went, 3-4 times. A woman postal service employee helped me so patiently each time. The last time, she had me try, only to find out I was using the wrong key and I had a box key belonging to boxes used for packages or excess mail. Her kindness and patience have made me a better user of the post office. Other great people work there too. Customer service is excellent there.

I don't see why they don't deserve five stars; they're willing to do anything for you!

I'm very pleased with the service from this location! I'm an artist and I will need assistance with proper packing up the pieces to be shipped to the purchaser of my work. They have always been clever and resourceful helping me get them on their way safely!

Great and friendly service. Post Master and staff are all top notch. I am bummed that the p.o. boxes are no longer accessible 24/7 but I understand that this set up was too good to be true.

Very quaint smaller post office but the service is great. Very helpful people work here to not only assist you with your postal needs but a little small talk on the weather and holidays happens here. I use this post office because I can get my business done, get great smiles, and get on my way.

If there’s an error made they go out of their way, above and beyond to correct and accommodate their customers. I so appreciate each and everyone of our postal workers. Stay safe and stay well.

Very helpful. Best hidden jewel the PostMaster is wonderful. FAST service Friendly and CLEAN. Well stocked, I have family coming from Redding to Enjoy a piece of HOMETOWN SERVICE.

Even though I got there last minute they were still pretty accomodating.

The Mail in our area off Johnson and Montana St gets Later and Later every day. What ever happend to Getting daily box mail by 1pm ? It is a small town after all .

Watch out they might steal you're credit cards, These people need to be fired and not allowed around peoples mail.

Still getting mail from old tenants 7 yes SEVEN YEARS after they moved. This is the letter carriers job to remove these people from my address if they didn’t do it themselves. Instead, they have sent back literally HUNDREDS of pieces of mail that should’ve been stopped in the first place but they refuse to fill out the paperwork. Every other address I’ve EVER lived at, the letter carriers fix this issue immediately. 7 years later still happening. Also, the postal master is extremely nasty and rude just like other people have reported. She’s getting paid $80,000, why have a nasty attitude with the public??? Get your act together.
