I came here to switch from AT&T and I’m so happy I switched, make sure to ask for Brian. He helped us out a lot and made it a smooth transition. I can’t stress enough how helpful and amazing he is at his job and you won’t be disappointed, the service and customer support is amazing.

Great customer service. Ryan the manager very helpful resolving a 3 month issue. Overall you see all the staff following his example of great customer service.

Amazing experience with Jason the manager. He helped us with our new iPhone and was absolutely awesome throughout the whole process. He genuinely looks out for the customers best interest and is honest. Thanks for everything Jason!

Verizon on Michaelson has the best customer service.
They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
(I was not happy with Verizon store in the marketplace on Jamboree. I will not go back there even though I live nearby.)

We were here for a new phone plan for our daughter attending UCI. Jason and Mariana did a great job helping us on the plan with all the support needed. Best service in town. Excellent!!

Hello I am a single mom (Nate my son) and LONGTIME (25+ YEAR) Verizon customer and I want to thank and commend the store for the OUTSTANDING service I received at this Verizon store back in September when I fell upon hard times and my phone was having technical issues...while I was applying for elementary teaching jobs and needed a working phone.

Service rep ADAM greeted my father and I immediately and provided outstanding and efficient service. He immediately solved the problem while a couple other places I'd been to had not been able.

I am extremely grateful for his tech savvy and superb service.

He proved the human element still exists in customer care.

Wanted to commend and thank this Verizon store for their exemplary service and proving that the human element still exists in customer care.

Jeff did a great job helping us out today! He was able to answer all questions we had with great customer service. Jeff was very patient, friendly and helpful!

The associates at this location are prompt, courteous and very helpful!! I used to go to the store on Harbor Blvd., each month In Costa Mesa as it is logistically much closer to my home, but the Mgmt. treated the customers like they were an interruption to their work. This location IS VERY 'MUCHLY WORTH' of he extra time and miles....I will be making all of my future purchases here, as well as paying my bills and making tech. Inquires here as they TREAT ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS as though they truly appreciate our business

After having a terrible experience with a 3rd party vendor I went to see Adam at the jamboree location. He was very helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up 👍

Switching over my service from AT&T as I'm going to join a family plan with Verizon. The specialist Mariana helped me port my number over and helped another family member with some questions he had about his airpods and iphone. She was patient with us as I had to wait to get my info from AT&T. I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Mariana if you're needing anything.

Met with Luis a service rep, He was very helpful and proffesional. This location is well kept. All though the manager seemed stoic and not nearly as friendly as the rest of the staff, the people I had to interact with were great.

Highest Level of professionalism. I spoke to Jason and he was incredibly patient and helpful. Even told the Verizon headquarters how to do their job better that they were doing it :D

They do a great job. I called ahead to see if they had the gear 3. It was there and I got in and out in less than fifteen minutes.
