Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Pretty sure this is the best Sherwin-Williams around! Nathan and Cole are awesome! I paint murals for a living and only use SW products. They are so knowledgeable about products I need to make my murals perfect!!

Shopping for deck paint, I researched online & then headed out to the big box hardware stores. Their products don’t match their MISERABLE websites, their pain employees clearly don’t know paint, and the prices were high. I should’ve known from years past experiences just to go straight to Sherwin-Williams. Once I got there I got exactly the advice I needed and the exact product I needed and the exact color I wanted, all at a very reasonable price. Skip the fake paint stores and goes straight to Sherwin-Williams

Excellent customer service at this location. In past visits, we have always been happy with the help received here but today that was surpassed by the excellent customer service given by Jackson, in addition to his great product knowledge. Thanks!

Just made my third visit within two weeks and everytime I was met with extremely friendly and helpful people asking me about what I needed for my project. The customer service is outstanding at this store! As for my visits they weren't to busy no more then four other customers at one time so I didn't need to wait for assistance when I needed it. They do close down a little early at 7pm (19:00) so make sure you don't need to make aalata night run. However, I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the expertise and generosity of this store’s manager, Nathan! I came into the store just before closing and was desperate to match a difficult paint color in the dining room of our newly purchased home. Nathan took the tiny chip from me, worked a miracle in the back room and returned with the same chip. I was confused when he said “1/2 of chip was old paint and 1/2 was new paint”. I immediately assumed he meant the wall itself had two different paint layers.🤷🏼‍♀ He gently explained that the chip had 1/2 of new paint that he just made. I broke into tears as he had matched it PERFECTLY! Every step of this move and new home purchase in KC has been an uphill battle and Nathan’s kindness made all the difference! My dining room looks brand new! Thank you so much for saving my day!❤

When I am in need of paint related products, I love being able to walk in and get knowledgeable help, unlike the large box stores. The quality of the products are always the best.

During this time of coronavirus I appreciate that Sherwin-Williams is open and fortunately I knew which paint I wanted so is able to just order it over the phone and pick up at the Barrywoods if I had wanted to browse colors I don't quite know how I would have done that. Appreciate Sherwin-Williams products and the store personnel whenever I was in the store they were always most helpful prior to this coronavirus.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They were able to match my paint from a sample and helped mix my paint to make sure the older can was still good.

Sherwin-Williams has the highest quality paints, application tools, surface preparation products and advice. The employees have knowledge about products, applying the product and getting the surface prepared to paint. Great company to deal with.

I was very impressed with the quality of the paint and the suggestions from the staff. Great customer service! And they store your paint colors in their system for 10 years, wow!

Selection of colors and paint quality is the best. The staff at this location was helpful, both on the phone and at the store. Sure it's expensive, but worth it!

I would tell them to ask for Keegan at the KC North store off of Barry Road. He's knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful.
