Loved working with Sonora to get my taxes done! I've been working with her for the past 3 years and I'm glad Block has people like her. She is fast, accurate, and can handle my complicated return with ease :)

Phone call was pleasant, friendly and she asked good questions without taking up a lot of time. My tax pro was able to accommodate my last min tax prep request and with covid concerns she was able to process everything via a drop off and email communications. It was very fast, min contact without losing quality and good customer service.

I think that Kim was very helpful and so nice with us. I also had no appointment and I was helped after 30 minutes of wait; usually you would have to wait more than an hour.

Get my taxes done.(Period) See whether the $361 dollars stole from me by the unconstitutional Obama Health Care penalty could be recovered.
