I went into this facility today with my dear friend who needed to switch over cell phone providers. We were met by Terrence and Frankie who helped us out every step of the way. We had a lot of questions and concerns and each one of them were explained in a very patient and thorough manner by these two gentlemen. I felt like nothing was hidden and I was able to understand the process completely. They both went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were covered and searched for the best promotions that would fit our needs. My friend was very timid about the entire process initially , but felt completely at ease After these two gentlemen assisted us with such patience and clarity. Rarely do you find customer service skills at this level anymore. Very pleasantly surprised and would always recommend this location !

Very impressed with the level of customer service i received. Vinny went above and beyond explaining all services available and created a plan specific to my needs for both business and personal. I am a new Verizon customer after being with att for 10+ years. Not only did I receive a better customer service experience but also saved money on my monthly bill compared to my previous carrier. I have stores significantly closer to me but will go out of my way to deal with this store specifically in the future.

We worked with a gentleman named Elias in the Portsmouth RI store. He was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and very patient explaining everything we needed to know. He gave us his phone number so we can call him if we have any questions. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Elias was a great sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for us to purchase new phones and trade in our old phones.

Ryan and Orion were fantastic. I went in for a simple phone upgrade, but they both went above and beyond taking care of me. They explained this thoroughly and I never felt like they were rushing through anything. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Great store and great customer service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ricky. Going in I wasn’t sure what I wanted and Ricky really laid out the options that I had thoroughly and helped me get to the right choice for me. I ended up getting an iPhone 8 and Ricky made the transition really smooth. He transferred everything over and was super helpful with any question I had about the phone itself or the service. He was a lot of help and got me what I wanted! Would highly recommend you visit him and this store !

Charles helped me out here with an upgrade - I cannot stress enough how helpful he was!! Everything he did was perfect in terms of service - super pleasant to talk to and was always able to answer my questions. Knowledgeable, helpful, and altogether a wonderful experience.

Portsmouth Verizon is wonderful! Very helpful and friendly! So glad I stopped by to get help with my new phone. They couldn’t be nicer!! Will definitely be visiting them again. Highly recommend buying from them when you are looking for your next phone, or any accessories!

Needed a new phone, and, based off of the reviews I read online, I figured I'd give this location a shot. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the store's manager, Samuel, who was beyond fantastic in every way. I also chatted a bit with one of the sales reps there named Marty. He was a wonderful addition to my overall experience. All and all, this location is well worth its 5 star rating, which I can vouch for from my own personal experience. Keep up the great work guys!

Colby and Brendan were fabulous! Informative, honest, and professional. We got everything we needed and then some. Brendan even located the color iPhone my daughter preferred, that they did not have in stock, and picked it up for her at another store while Colby set up our other phones. Will definitely deal with them for all our future phone needs. Strongly recommend their services.
