Came in for a phone replacement the process was so smooth and easy! Evelyn is the associate that helped me get through the whole ordeal. She's extremely attentive, informative, and comprehensive met and understood my needs. Overall the whole experience was great the staff is awesome and very helpful!

I was so lucky to be helped by Michael Rodriguez. You should be very proud to have him work for you. He took great care to help me set up my new iPhone 15, switch my old phone to a husband and made my husband's phone become a game playing phone for my grandchild with lots of security measures that I could have never accomplished. He review my account and made some very significant money saving changes. I couldn't not have been happier. He is a roll model for all your employees.

We had a wonderful experience in the AT&T store this past week. We had Michael as our customer service representative, and he helped us with a number of services. We would recommend this store for any AT&T service needs you may have.

I came in ATT Store in Redlands, CA. I was greeted by Michael. I had tmobile for about 10 years and was thinking about switching carriers. I'm the type of customer that likes to ask lots of questions. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable, he explained all the services and plans that ATT offered. After about an hour of Michael explaining to me about price plans and other services, I decided to port my lines over. While Michael was setting up all my phones, I was able to chat with the other sales reps as well as meet the store Manager AL, who he double checked I was put on the right plan. All in all, I have received amazing customer service from all the employees. This ATT Redlands store has made me a Raving Fan! I will surely be coming back!

Moon was so helpful today! Was having an issue switching my service over from a previous carrier and he took the time to help me and answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Kendal provided great customer service by seeking a solution to the problem that led me to visiting the store. Unfortunately the rest of the associates were not as receptive to him when he was verifying information to provide me. His peers should model their customer services to him style. Thank you Kendal!

So we were having a hard time with some activation issues that had us locked out, Gabriel overheard the situation, and leaped into action.

Patient, listens to every word, sure-- be he also listened deeper to our actual intent and knows how to navigate that massive divide between man and machine systems.

Put me at absolute ease. 10/10, recommend.
