Picked up my new sled last week. Ben and his crew were very knowledgeable and friendly. Never felt like I wast bothering them even though after a 2 month wait with many failed delivery dates (brp). Let's just say I was ready to ride my new sled. Very fair on pricing and I felt like service was awesome.
I read some reviews that said Ben was rude and unwilling to help out, all I can say is give respect and it will be returned. I've worked with the public and I'm sure I could pick those people out of a crowd. Thanks again Ben and crew!!

A++++++ Customer Service. We were in Land O Lakes over New Year’s weekend 2022. Friday afternoon we had an issue with no lights or gages on a Ski Doo Grand Touring we didn't purchase from them. We Stopped over and talked with the very nice and helpful service counter girl. She gave us a few things to check but nothing worked. The store manager then called a service tech up from the back to give us a hand. He immediately stopped what he was doing and came to help. He tried a few things but no luck. He then said let's get it in the shop and test some things. He figured out the issue and a new part was needed that they didn't have in stock. They offered to call two other BRP dealers to find it. One of those dealers had the part in stock. They said if I could go get the part they would install it the next morning. So I went and picked up the part, dropped it off to them and they installed it right away. I was back out on the trails that afternoon. Pricing was also very fair. Best experience ever at a powersports dealer. I will definitely be purchasing my new sled from them. Thank you so much.

Stopped in on my way to the U.P. I got to see a new Mach Z and a new Lynx on the show room floor. I have been looking for some Ski-Doo E-Tec oil because it getting hard to find. They had gotten a shipment recently and I was pleasantly surprised on the price. They weren't price gouging like others. Thanks!

Great place and very helpful we bought this 4 wheeler and we had some issues after getting it home and they where so accommodating either us Ben and his crew are just good people and will be back for another buy. Thank you for all your help Ben, mechanics.

I was snowmobiling in the Land o Lakes area last weekend, and my secondary clutch went out. I called them when they opened Saturday morning, they were able to get me in and rebuild my clutch. I was up and running again around noon. Saved my weekend, I can't thank them enough!

Came up last weekend for our anniversary. Called Monday for a Friday UTV rental. Phone conversation was smooth, even chatted for a minute about a neat place to stay, right across the road from them. Rental was ready to go when we arrived. Some directions on which way to go and we were on our way. Half hour in and we had some mechanical problems, a blown belt. Quick call, half hour later, and they showed up with another machine and we were on our way again! They even told us we could keep it overnight, instead of having to have it back by the 4:30 return time. Got our entire trip in, and had it back before the return time anyway. Trails were pretty muddy in quite a few spots, and I was worried about the wash charge for returning it full of mud. I asked if there was a place to go wash it (I would have, I've done it before), but the guy checked it over and said not to worry about it at all, they'd take care of it. Such a great experience, I think we'll return with our kids and rent a 4 seater next time!

Stellar Service, super kind employees (especially Josh), FAIR pricing. We frequently stop in, purchase parts and have had outstanding service turnaround as well as purchased snowmobile from Land O'Lakes Recreation. I highly recommend them to anyone near the area.

I have to add that two years in a row now, the staff here went out of their way to find a hard to get product for me and to deliver it at a very competitive price. If you are in the Northwoods and need best quality products, prices and great customer service. Ben, Josh and the crew really know how to take care of their customers. I’d add a sixth star to my recommendation if I could!

These guys are class acts. We had a reservation for a UTV and it was going to be our first time out. We were nervous going out due to thunderstorms in the forecast. They refunded us completely and even gave our deposit back. This was super kind and we will definitely be back next time.

Bought two new sleds from them in the past two seasons. Had warranty work done on one last year and just recently had a insurance job done on one as well. Have nothing but good things to say about whole experience. Great sales and service, will be returning for all my future recreational needs.

This place is the epitome of truly exceptional customer service. Honest, transparent, knowledgable, with great attention to detail. If you're looking to rent or purchase a 4x4 or snowmobile, you need to speak with these folks before pulling the trigger.

My father and I rented sleds from here for 3 days. The sleds ran great, no issues. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Hope to rent from here again in the future.

Dillion was awesome! We called on a Sunday because we had a taillight out on a renegade and he kindly stayed to fix it for us.
