This is what a UPS Store should be, service oriented, unflappably, considerate people who help you. This is the right place to go, I was shipping something special to a loved one. They cared. I screwed up the packaging, they fixed it. Enough said

These folks could not have been more patient and helpful with myself and my family as we shipped several boxes across the country through their store. Grateful for their assistance; would go out of my way to ship with them in the future.

Fantastic experience. I paid to have them pack and box my fragile items and I am so glad I did. Everything was packed so well that there wasn’t a chance anything could possibly break. Additionally, they said the earliest my package would arrive was Wednesday and I got it on Tuesday. Great customer service and care!

I've had good experiences with UPS Stores in Rochester and Buffalo, so it was only natural to stop in and ship out a few packages from this location while I was in the area on business.

Jennifer went above and beyond for me and my customer Karen. She did everything we needed and more. My customer was refinancing her car and is older and could not understand too much in regards to scanning back documents and etc. Jen took over and made our process a cake walk. Such an AMAZING PERSON. To top it off she was such a sweetheart through it ALL. You go JEN!!! Ask for Jen she knows what she's doing!!!! 100 stars wish I could give you what you deserve. Here is three for the meantime.
