Both gentlemen at the store, Joe and Roddy, were awesome in helping us with our issues. They were kind and considerate and I would recommend them to anybody!

Very satisfied with my experience. 2 management employees filling in from other locations were working last Saturday. Helped me trade in my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g for a Galaxy S23. I needed a smaller phone for my hands since I'm constantly on my phone for work. I needed to save $ and Shelby recommended this one. Camera is great! Quality is good. They also recommended a smart watch which is free :) They were honest about fees incase I decided to cancel the trade in and what I should expect on my next bill. Very straight forward and didn't try to sell me anything I don't need, but catered their marketing to my needs and budget.

They answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new phone. I usually do not enjoy the experience of getting a new phone, but today I did. Upgraded my phone at this location multiple times and have had a great experience. Worked with Drew most recently and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. He definitely helped me understand the differences and benefits of the available phones.

I can not say enough good things about this place! I worked with Drew and he did a great job of helping me figure out what plan was best for our family. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure me into anything I didn't need. If you are in need of help with your Verizon phone or are looking for new service, I would recommend this location 100%!! I have also worked with Kevin in the past and he was great as well!

Drew was amazing. He worked so hard to get us the best deal and really cares about his customers. He does what is best for you and does not push you towards something you would be uncomfortable with. Highly suggest going to him if your in need of a new phone or watch!!

I have been to this location two times in the last month. Both times, I was greeted as I walked in. Doug was so helpful. He was able to assist me and reviewed my account to share the newest available services and upgrades. Definitely my go to Verizon store.

This review is late coming, but my mom and I bought phones from this Verizon store in March and couldn't have been more pleased with the service! Drew Pappas was the sales associate that we worked with. We had outstanding service. We felt that we were not rushed in picking out the best phones for our needs along with finding the best deal on the accessories that we wanted. Drew was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure before we felt that everything was transferred over to our new phones. This is the best Verizon store!

Tamara was exceedingly helpful. I walked out with everything I needed and more...understanding everything completely. I am more than satisfied with the service we received. So thankful we stopped into this particular store.

I had an excellent experience. By far the best I've had at a cell phone store. Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy in any way, and helped me get a great phone and plan for our family. I will be back and will refer friends to visit this store over the others in the area. If you look at the recent reviews, my experience with Drew is not out of the ordinary. Kevin has given other customers the same quality and careful service as I received from Drew.

Doug and Your Crew. What wonderful customer service you provided for me and other Verizon customers. I drove from East Grand Rapids to Standale because the 28th street Verizon store sucks and has been for years. This is your evaluation for your district manager. Highly recommend this Version store. Doug and Crew are what customer service is. ( Deserve a raise and pizza party)

Absolutely amazing service at this Verizon store! Drew was outstanding and helped me out tremendously with my new phone. If anyone is looking for a new phone 10/10 recommend this store, and if you go ask for their essentials bundle! Everything was taken care of in store and I got a great deal on everything! The guy who helped me (I think it was Jaycee - what it says on the receipt) was extremely friendly and helpful. Went in for an upgrade and he helped pick the right phone for me and answered all my questions. It was a really easy process. Also, while my data was transferring to my new phone, another customer came in with a problem and he immediately hopped over and helped her fix it really fast. I was super impressed with his customer service skills. I definitely recommend using this location for anything you need!
