Amber is the kindest team leader I have ever encountered in a restaurant. She remembered my name after two visits. Works hard. Is prideful in what she does and works with passion. Kind too.

U-Pick 2 combos are the best! A great inexpensive lunch or dinner option for someone like me who is always on the go!
I also enjoy ordering my food through the app which is quick and easy!

The Panera staff at this location appeared to be happy working there, and were very efficient. Ordered food for the kids and my spouse and I, and all of us were pleased with our food.

Great food, although I had to pick out the cilantro from my rice bowl. I liked the seating arrangement and fireplace.

I accidentally sent my pick-up order to a location across town, but the manager (Josh) generously made my order for me anyway, even including two cookies I didn't order. A little kindness goes a long way. Thank you, Josh!

TIP: Sit near the fireplace in the winter.

Amazing customer service! Store manager/operator is obviously aware of her restaurant, employees and customers. Sip club is worth it if you want something to drink and are in the area frequently.

I order from this location all the time, never had any issues until today. I had breakfast delivered for my boyfriend and I but my bagel I had ordered was missing. I called the store and spoke to a manager & she was extremely apologetic and just so sweet. She gave me options to choose from to make this right, so I chose to go pick up my missing food. When I arrived she again offered me a refund or a pastry to go along with my bagel, I declined as it's not a big deal, I understand things happen. So she handed me a cup for a free drink. I'm so impressed and pleased with the way this situation was handled. I wish I had gotten her name, she deserves a raise!! Thank you for such great customer service & being so nice!!

This PB has the BEST lime Bubbly (fountain drink) I’ve EVER HAD! It’s so crisp and flavorful. I don’t know if maybe they keep their lines cleaner than other locations -but it is amaze! Staff are friendly and clean atmosphere.

Consistent experience and healthy sandwich options. Great coffee. Love the ability to order online and stop in to quick grab my order from a shelf on my way to work. Update: internet so slow that it's unusable.

Food was quick and the Madagascar Vanilla Latte I had was delicious. The staff keep the cafe quite clean for how busy they are and are very friendly.

This Panera is exceptional for customer service and quality of food.
The place is always clean and the coffee is always fresh. Best dark roast in town!

I had their Mac n cheese, they have one of the best! They also have caffeinated lemonade with a few flavors, but I just had regular, still delicious though!

The manager, Jess took special care to make sure our egg allergic son could safely eat there. Food was delicious and quick. We will be back!

My family stops here just about every week before church. We keep coming back because the food always taste fresh, they are responsive to orders and the staff is very friendly! They have a lot of room to dine in and offers a relaxing environment. Check it out for yourselves!

Great staff! Super helpful! I ordered a Salad and other items for my lunch, but when it came, there was no dressing. I called up just to see if the delivery guy could come back out and drop it off. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. They made me a whole new salad and had it sent out on the delivery drivers next round! :)

The servie here was fantastic. The staff was friendly and kind. Our food arrived within 6 minutes after ordering. The food was excellent. I ordered the Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar sandwich and a side caesar salad. The apple given with the meal could have been different but overall,the food and service was great.

Had many choices to choices to chose from! Quite atmosphere! The food was delicious 😋! Wanted to get an iced cinnamon roll was informed they didn't have any! I was disappointed, as this is my 1st visit here! 😟
