My iPhone screen has been cracked for so long I stopped noticing it until the glass cut my fingers the other day. I took it here and they fixed it in a couple hours. Price was on par with pretty much everyone else in the area. The staff were very prompt , helpful, and honest. Thanks!!!

I was amazed how easy it was to get my battery changed on my S7. Made my appointment, dropped off my phone and picked it up two hours later. My husband cracks his phone screen about every 3-4 months. Everyone at Batteries + is courteous, professional and very helpful. The repair is done quickly and coupons (that I didn't know about) applied. Highly recommend the Alpine location!

Great customer service by the guys at We Fix it yesterday. They fixed my Samsung Galaxy S8 cracked screen quickly (less than 2 hours). It was expensive, but most of that is due to the expensive replacement screen for my phone model. They don't offer a military discount, but the guys did what they could to bring the cost down. The phone looks and functions like it is brand new. Bonus: cool Irish music played in the store! Just felt like these guys had positive attitudes, were professional, but also enjoyed what they did (rare in the retail world). Nice job guys.

I would like to thank the staff that worked on my phone. As part of their diagnostics program I found out that my phone was not broken but some inner components just came loose and they adjusted them back at no charge. I could have been easily taken advantage of and charged for a repair I didn’t need but because of their honesty I received no such thing. I will always recommend this store . Thanks again

The repairs went fine on my phone, the only problem I have is that my phone is over 2 years old, and they do not update the operating system anymore. My last update was in summer of 2017 and as a result I cannot charge my phone through any outlet. The only way I can charge my phone is through a computer USB port. And some of the functions on my phone or starting to shut down. An example of that is a microphone that allows me to speak to the phone and dictate what I want to say to people such as yourself right now. The phone microphone shuts off and will not allow me to dictate. And it's almost impossible for me to try to type on this phone because of my advanced age and the tremor in my hands. I don't know what to do about this. I think what they want me to do is to buy a new phone they don't sell batteries like you do they sell phones, by the way I mean Verizon. So I fear I may have spent $70 for a battery for a phone that is slowly shutting itself down.

I was able to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced the same day that it broke. The replacement screen looks great and works great. I would definitely recommend these guys.
