I had to come into this location three different times this month for an issue/help. From the first time (Belen/Dayquan) when I was in crisis mode...they showed me empathy by letting me in 10 mins before closing and giving me a full 45 minute service after hours without acting put out at any time or ever asking me to come back. (They'll never know how much it meant to me). My second time in, Sam and Taz took their time explaining some options to me several times in terms I could understand and with a smile. The next time I came in Dayquan remembered me after three weeks and was so patient with an upset elderly customer who came in at the same time all while still chatting with me, explaining some terms and having a trainee! So friendly and knowledgeable! I never wait too long and they always greet everyone right away. I see the improvement at this location with such personable staff. Thank you.

Jorge was a big help for my mother and myself. We had issues with our phones with no mobile data and he fixed both our issues while helping other customers in the process. Thats what i call Great Customer Service 👍

Yesterday (08-15-23) my phone was having issues with accessibility and I went to the T-Mobile store on 1217 Union Avenue Newburgh NY (around 4:30 pm) and the customer service representative there named Nesto fixed my phone for me and got it working again perfectly. (Thank you greatly, Nesto!). Nesto was very kind, caring and he fixed my phone for me within minutes. I highly recommend Nesto. I have been a T-Mobile customer since August 2003 - twenty years. I have had the T-Mobile Revvl+ phone since November 2019 and somehow it's recently gotten itself accidentally switched on to the
"Talk Back" mode twice this week when I took my phone out of my pants pocket. When my phone is in the "Talk Back" mode, it's not letting me access the "Settings" to switch the "Talk Back" feature off and it wouldn't let me send a text message or make a phone call or anything. This whole "Talk Back" mode scenario is traumatizing and annoying because my phone keeps talking and announcing the day, date and time, over and over again and it won't allow me to use my phone and somehow it turned its volume up to 500! I'm sincerely grateful to Nesto that he was able to fix my phone. Nesto, thank you very very much again for fixing my phone - excellent customer service, Nesto!

I was experiencing continuous notifications on my Android stating, "Virus, You are being tracked, Warning, Clean out your phone, etc. Every time I cleared the notifications and closed the tabs, more notifications would appear. Went to T-Mobile and explained my situation. The salesman said he would get the Tech Expert. This young man worked on my phone for about 20 minutes. Showed me where the Virus started and cleared it out. Highly recommend.

Went to the store yesterday and Thomas Stewart helped us with all our needs. He worked quickly and efficiently resolving our problem. He was professional and so pleasant to work with! We will be stayingn with T-Mobile because of him and go to him for all our future needs!! I hope T-mobile recognizes he’s a great employee!

I just finished transferring from Sprint to T- Mobile today at this location, and I genuinely NEVER anticipated having this much of a good time doing so! Specifically Emily, Amanda, and Jeremiah went above and beyond to make this as pleasant of an experience as possible. They spent quite literally ALL DAY (on Christmas Eve no less!) making sure we were fully satisfied and taken care of. Everything was explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and truly the entire team was a pleasure to be with. Thank you all at Newburgh T-mobile!

Veronica was excellent. I came in to the store looking to upgrade my phone. She found me the phone that best fit my needs. Very positive attitude. She made the sale very smooth and enjoyable. I wish the other employees had the same attitude

Veronica was amazing. I walked in with problems with my old phone and walked out with a new and better phone and more cost efficient than if I had fixed my old phone. She was trustworthy, honest, and reliable. As a busy working mom I appreciated all the help. Highly recommend.

Honestly I haven't had better service in a store, they stayed even when the store closed just to help me out due to dealing with the on the phone version of Sprint that ruined everything and refused to help me. Ida went above and beyond just to help me the manager helped (which I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she had blonde short hair) and everyone else was so kind in there and made us feel comfortable and not like a burden due to staying late and them having to fix the phone Sprint's mistakes. I was back and fourth 3 times due to the on the phone sprint and the last time Ida said Nope this will be resolved today and she was not kidding, I left with a smile on my face. I've dealt with a lot of people and not once did they have an attitude due to seeing me 3days in a row with constant issues they needed to fix due to those people on the phones mistake they have all helped me in there on previous days of me being there so I recommend them all they've all helped me even Samantha helped a lot. Great place they are very kind and welcoming I couldn't recommend this place enough and I don't ever give reviews that says a lot for me

This store was great. Didn’t think my phone could be fixed but Jeremiah was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone here was amazing. Sam was very sweet and energetic. Jeremiah made sure that phone that was stuck on reboot loop was fixed. The technicians were able to fix the problem and left very pleased.

I went into Sprint on 7/16/2020 and had the most pleasant experience I could ever ask for. The manager/ Godess Ashley took care of me with no problems. I told her how I’m not really tech savvy so I wanted to drop my phone off and I would come pick it up after work to make things easier. I gave her my passcode and she took care of me. I haven’t changed my phone due to my fear that I would loose everything. She made my experience with Sprint so Convenient and easy. I was searching and pricing around other cell carriers but decided to stay due to the way I was treated in this store. The customer service didn’t stop there though. I went into the store this morning because all my apps hadn’t uploaded yet. I arrived at store at 10am and was out of the store by 10:09 am with my problem fixed. The tech Willie and store manager helped me quick, so I could get to work on time. Each visit I came in they had the jams and classics playing on the speakers. I already own two and now I’m planning on going back to buy another speaker and tablet once they go on sale. What an amazing staff. Keep up the great work to the Sprint staff in Newburgh New York.

My family and I visited this location after multiple failed attempts to switch over from verizon over the phone. I can’t say enough how surprised we were with the level of customer service we received from Angelina. Angelina listened to our problems and addressed everything and beyond. Angelina is friendly and extremely detail oriented. Angelina not only solved our problems, she lowered our bill, got us in on the promotions we didn't even know about. Angelina transferred and set up all our lines including complimentary Netflix account and T Mobile app. Normally, the customer associates will simply tell us about promos, she went above and beyond to ensure we wouldn't have to troubleshoot anything on our own. She is a gem! I would give 6 stars if i could. If you are thinking of switching over or opening an account with T-mobile go see her! Thank you Angelina!

I live in St. Louis, but our son is living there in Newburgh. He received the 13 ProMax as a gift and for some reason it kept saying “no sim” when he tried to connect to our service. After spending 1 1/2 hours with phone reps who were unable to help I called this store. Emily answered the phone. I explained our predicament and our serious concerns about Omicron. She so graciously offered to come out to the parking lot, take our son’s phone back into the store, and get it up and running for him while he stayed in his car. She was amazing! She was so cautious and reassuring about safety measures with the virus. She also fixed the issues quickly and promptly delivered the phone back out to our son in the parking lot. Thank you Newburgh T-Mobile for having such a fabulous, customer service oriented representative.

I have been to this Sprint store twice now. It is not the closest, or most convenient, but it is a repair center. Both visits were for repairs, two phones that needed new screens. Both were done quickly. Both phones looked, and worked like new when I got them back. Great job!

This store is awesome. I had an on going issue for 5 months, trying to get a refund back I was owed. It was finally resolved thanks to the awesome manager Shanee. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful, she deserves a raise.

Was sent to this store from the Middletown location. I was in the Middletown location for over 4 hours to leave with phones that didn’t work,! We were so aggravated. Went back to store today to renturn as device doesn’t work. They charged me a restock fee. The manager called people to help cause he had no clue why he was doing. They sent me to drive 40 minutes to the Newburgh store. The manager at the Newburgh store fixed everything and even though there was so many people
waiting. I was taken care of quickly she got my
Phone working. She took ownership
For how I was treated in Middletown and we will now be staying. This store is busy but well worth the wait.

I was at the Newburgh store 1217 Route 300 Ste 3 Newburgh New York 12550 yesterday Sunday March 27,2022 and the store employee Mobile Expert Daiquann Brown help me and my Son with our phones he was Courteous and Knowledgeable he help us he resolved my issues with my phone and my Son phone. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided us Professional Courteous and Respectful I would return to that store again Thank you Daiquann Brown Great Customer service.

Great customer service here. Everyone is helpful, even when the store is really busy, the representatives will take out their time to make sure all my needs and expectations were met. I recommend everyone come here, even if the store is busy it is definitely worth the wait.

Lots of choices of phones to choose from. They also have a large selection of accessories for phones and tablets. You'll also find that they sell bluetooth speakers and headphones/earbuds. The service here was very good. Our salesperson was very helpful to try to get us a plan that was best for us. The Sprint rates and promotions were very reasonable. I will definitely go back and also recommend to my friends.
