Panera Bread

I had a great experience with the customer service. I placed an order and decided to order some drinks afterwards. When I returned to the rack, my original order was gone. I informed the staff that someone had taken my order by mistake. They checked the system and promptly made me a new order without any issues. Excellent service!

Everything was delicious, service was efficient, location was large, highly recommend.

I had the opportunity today to be helped by Abby, who was extremely nice and helpful in helping me decide what to order. I went with the Toasted Frontega Chicken and French onion soup with bread. I have to say the chicken is almost as good as the steak and white cheddar. All in all I definitely recommend giving this location a try.

I had the Italiano sandwich. FYI it comes with jalapeños soooo if you don't like spicy have them removed. I didn't know and awww man but the sandwich was AMAZING!

This PB is my go-to when I have been shopping g at the mall. Food is fresh and tasty, and service is adequate for a fast food entity. The soups are a bit underwhelming, though. It also seems that the protein content on the salads has diminished. Inflation, I guess.

1st time in Panera in a long time and this visit didn't disappoint. I had the Chicken Chipotle flatbread & cesar salad and there was nothing left. The Flatbread was perfectly cooked and toppings had some great flavor but not too overdone. The Cesar was prob one of the best I've had because it was perfectly dressed- meaning the salad wasn't drowning in a puddle at the bottom nor was there a piece that was dry. It was still crisp and fresh and completed the meal. Lastly I had a green tea that had passion fruit... yummy! I don't usually like sweetened tea but this wasn't saccharine at all. Picture was taken by my friend. She had the Chicken frontega & the Mac which are her favs.

I had the broccoli cheddar cheese and the bread bowl and a Cobb salad was delicious

Had lunch with my granddaughter. We had a great lunch and time to talk.

Upon entering we almost left because the line was out the door with two people working the register. The line quickly moved and we immediately noticed how accommodating Amanda was with every customer. So later when our drinks weren’t made one of the staff members attempted to make the drinks to no avail. Amanda noticed this and took it upon herself to refund us and make new drinks. Amanda was very sweet and kind. She’s a great asset to this location and we look forward to seeing her again!

Nice healthy salad choices, fresh soups on a chilly day hit the spot. Servers are friendly and order comes out right.

If you want food that tastes like "real food" Panera is the place! Their almond chicken salad sandwich with wild rice chicken soup is wonderful! I am so tired of salty processed food. Highly recommend

The Autumn Squash soup was delicious paired with my Chicken Carbonera sandwich.

Place was great. Easy to order, lot's of choices, good fresh food, etc. We sat outside & they carried the food out. We ate outside & enjoyed it. We had two toddlers with us who sat in their high chairs the whole time. When the fussing started it was the perfect time to leave. " Great Choice "

You have to try that new sandwich. Pastrami with mozzarella cheese on french 🥖 its slamming.

The staff at this Panera are incredibly friendly and helpful. My order was long and complex, and the young lady taking my order was very dedicated and patient. When I noticed that I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, she was helpful in getting me a refund. Great service!
