Starbucks

Today I visited this Starbucks at about 10AM. I saw many people waiting for drinks, so I knew I was going to wait a bit. I ordered my drink and sat down to patiently wait for my drink. The barista working the bar was named Shannon. She was amazing and handled the crowd with care and professionalism. She was constantly in communication with us, letting us know who’s drinks she was working on and what was coming up. Shannon never lost control or her cool. She was confident and did what she does best, serve her customers. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. Thank you Shannon.

All the baristas and staffs are super sweet and welcoming :) + they have 2 clean and spacious bathrooms

I Always enjoy going to busy places, they are busy because they are good and fresh! free WiFi is what gets me all the time because I work from my laptop. I took this picture on the busiest and loudest area but there are corners that are somewhat less noisy, but still great people work here and many are locals who come and get their coffee!

Stopped in for a cup of tea ☕. Service was very efficient. I had the Royal English Breakfast tea. Twas excellent. They had the tea ready fairly quickly. Very busy spot.

I ran in to buy a gift card. Looked cleaned. Service was fast. The coffee was latee 😋

Stopped there during an intermission of an assembly. It was super busy in house and at the drive through. I was worried I wouldn't have the time to get served before having to head back. The staff was on point! Fast and Efficient service despite being slammed. I ordered, picked up some napkins and by the time I went to the counter she already knew my name and order and knew the 3 customers next to me as well. Very attentive and hard working staff. Can't wait to go back.

My mocha latte, (decaf, whole milk) was delicious! The bathrooms were not so clean.

Took a long time to get my regular coffee. Hot coffee, cream and sugar... a regular coffee... no extras. It should not take 20 mins for a hot coffee... don't forget about your customers who like regular coffee... this seems to be a pattern. You'll trip all over yourselves for a 50 ingredient coffee, but you seem to forget about a good cup of regular drip coffee.

Love Starbucks, best coffee anywhere. Staff is friendly. Orders are almost always correct and when they aren't they are quickly rectified.

Awesome as always. No matter what whacky change up twist I want to my drinks, they got it covered. And they are great about mobile order pickup at the window. Rock on dudes. I'll be back soon 😉

I love this Starbucks location! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and prompt and accurate. It’s hard to find such an amazing combination of people who deliver on a company promise of quality and consistency. Highly recommend this Starbucks if you need a coffee on the go, or just want to sit and sip.

Very friendly & nice Starbucks, nice atmosphere & clean too. Be careful in mobile orders if you order a juice from cooler , sometimes they forget to add .

Very busy time to stop by. But all the staff were well trained and Hopping! Baristas were getting those drinks out Fast and accurate as far as I could tell. I know I could Not perform at that pace, that pressure at all, but I waited about 5 min and was Impressed with the efficiency behind the counter. Thank you!!!

Open early, friendly and accommodating.

I’m not going to leave a poor rating bc this is a consistently good Starbucks with a very friendly and capable staff.

I would like to note that I’d have appreciated the staff member that helped me this afternoon asking before specifying blonde roast on my espresso drink. I do not care for blonde roast and would have asked for the dark or original or whatever blend is typically used.

I didn’t make my way back over to have the drink corrected bc I had already fought traffic going there and it simply wasn’t worth the trouble.

This location often has very long lines... which is not a fault of the store - they are just very popular and the only Starbucks in the immediate area. The staff is always pleasant here. My order is accurate 90% of the time lol but they are always quick to correct any mistakes.

I love Starbucks coffee and any I have been to the staff have always been good with comfortable atmosphere. However, there is always a wait at Starbucks to the point where there have been times I have walked out, because the line is so long and the service so slow. Starbucks you just have to figure out a way to speed up your service for those of us who don't want to order online and would like to be able to sit down and have a cup of coffee.

This Starbucks is one of absolute favorites. The staff goes out of their way to please you. I went kind of end of the day and by then most people would be tired. Not these guys ….. they were happy and just catching up and it showed in their customer service. I don’t like in the area and only visit here when i am in Newburgh for sports event but every time I have visited this place, my experience has been amazing.
