Went to Lowe's in Newburgh store number 1584 Mr John in the plumbing area helped me out greatly with a problem I had with some piping in a chicken coop very knowledgeable he deserves a raise

Normally hate trying to find stuff in Lowes but visit the other day was great. Helpful staff who helped me find what I needed, when it was not in the right location

thank you for their late hours! there are always surprises awaiting you when you least expect it at home (like a broken water main valve or clogged house water filter!) but its great to be able to find solutions at 9:30 pm when everyone else is closed! the staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable (which is such an upgrade from the slackjawed look you get from HD staff) also free lumber cuts is very helpful. great job!

Was easy to maneuver through the store, and to find help. It was pretty easy not like that competitor that nobody’s ever around. Think this is my new hardware spot.

Just had a great experience on getting a refund at Lowe's in Newburgh. Ordered something online that was supposed to be delivered. Instead it was delivered to the store and "picked up" according to the computer. I called C.S. spoke to Tanisha who properly looked up my order and did all necessary verification. She checked with her manager than called me back to say the refund was approved. Now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Tanisha at Lowe's Newburgh location.

I always go to Lowe's for my home improvement needs. They have just about anything and everything you could need. They offer 10% military discount which is it always nice to save a couple of pennies.

Stacey was AMAZING! The store made a mistake with our order and another employee insinuated that we made a mistake with our paid order. She got riled up and Stacey stepped up and acknowledged the mistake and took over the situation and resolved the issue painlessly. She is top notch. We were prepared to never come back to Lowe’s, but she changed our mind . She is kind and helpful and we truly appreciated how she resolved it. Thank you Stacey!

We bought several appliances at Lowe's in Highland and John V working in appliances is always so helpful and has given good advice and steered us in the right direction. We're very happy with our stove and washing machine!

They have different selections than home depot. Clerk was a robot and refused to answer questions. Only wanted to make remarks as if she was reading from a script. But manager resolved everything.

April was a wonderful help. We went to the other "big box store" they couldn't help us and Lowe's had a much better selection hands down. It was a wonderful experience.

I went in to the store with my friend and she was looking for information on the ring doorbell system. We were greeting with a warm friendly smile by an associate named Evan. I believe he worked in the customer service department and he noticed that we were looking at several doorbell systems. He asked us if we needed help with anything and my friend told him that she was interested in the ring doorbell system. Evan told her that a family member actually had two different kinds and he kindly called the family member and let my friend speak to them to get all the information needed to make a decision on her purchase. I’ve never seen anyone in my entire life go above and beyond with this kind of customer service. Evan is a great asset to your store and sets the bar extremely high when it comes to customer service.

Got a huge samsung french door fridge on sale...discounted by $1,000.

Sales team member was so awesome...Lissent. she made sure we got the measurements done accurately and explained all the transaction details. She was very respectful ans professional in discussing payment options.

Also our fridge arrived in less than 2 days. The delivery team was off the chains amazing!!!! They were 2 hours early, very knowledgeable and professional. We are veey happy with our purchase. This Newburgh store is amazing...keep up the good work Manager and team!

I needed a small picket fence for around my Christmas tree because I have a tiny little puppy who likes to chew things. Found one right in the outdoor department perfect for what I needed it for spray painted and white put it around my tree and it looks great. And the staff was very helpful even during these crazy times we were living in!

The Newburgh location has dedicated employees that make this my go to place! John from plumbing helped me along with 2 others clients at the same time with a dedicated attitude towards service. He had to obtain our items with a lift and did it with a smile.

I returned back the next day to encounter Robyn at the self checkout and she was also such a help!

Easy in, easy out, except for today. All of the salt is stocked on pallets in front of the exit. Load your cart, and then you can't get in to pay! So, go to the other door, find a cart if you can, go to the exit door and leave the cart in the door so it doesn't lock you out, load with bags of salt then proceed to self checkout. Whomever came up with this setup really needs some retraining, too bad you can't teach common sense. Was a 5 star from me, minus 2 stars for sheer incompetence with the worst setup possible.

UPDATE - changing my review, nothing to do with the salt, but moreso the Pro desk. Went into Lowes on 300 again, this time I needed a 4' plank, and was hoping for courtesy cuts too. Yep, asking a lot for a guy not spending much at all. While looking, I asked a very busy guy a question, lemme tell you, he, found out later his name is Jack, is a pro multi-tasker. We decided what I needed and that yes, they do courtesy cuts. He was ready to rock, but I had to run outside and measure again to be positive. Not an issue, he said to just go to the Pro desk and get him when I got back in. Went, measured, found him very easily because he was right where he said he'd be, no disappearing act from Jack! Cut my plank perfectly even though he was busy as it gets and someone took the tape measure on top of it. This man is a true Professional, even recognized me from prior visits. The cashier at the Pro desk is another great employee, smiling, helpful, no eye rolling, etc. Sad that I feel the need to me tion no eye rolling, but I swear some stores have Stevie Wonder working registers if they are asked a question. Her name is Kristine if I recall correctly. Real stars working, helping out a guy spending $15 as well as they help out one spending $1500. Lowe's should be sure to keep them on board, they have ensured that I go there everytime, and that I tell anyone whom asks to go to Lowes also.

It's your typical Lowe's this one's clean and unlike most of them things are actually where they should be for once so I took off one star because the last time I was at the same store I actually talked to somebody and they didn't know where anything was but the website was extremely accurate for the aisle and the bin the store is clean self-checkout I didn't have to wait in line everything went nice and smooth, and the people at customer service are also fantastic yes this is an update I had an issue and 1 2 3 it was done fixed it very satisfied

Very well planned store. The aisle are very well laid out making it easy to find what you need. The only bathroom was in the very back though so i had to walk all the way back after i already paid. Not a big deal for me just thought I'd mention it.

I just left the store after being happily assisted by Mark. He took us all over the store for the things we needed. He held all of our items and deposited them in a cart for us. He said I now have room for the light bulbs that are at an amazing price. Funny thing is it worked! I did not need them but left with 2 boxes. What kind of Jedi mind trick is that Mark
