I went to this store yesterday looking for a very specific shoe type for myself and my son. It was an hour away so I called first to see if they had it in stock. They did so I asled them if they could hold the shoes until I got there in multiple sizes to ensure proper fit. No problem. It took us much longer to get there than planned but they still had the shoes on hold. Found the ones that fit perfect for us and grabbed a few other items as well. The staff here is top notch. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Great job Vans staff! Keep it up.

, I'm 45 years old I've been wearing been since I was 5 years old best shoes in the world I've had more than a thousand pairs of vans at one time I had almost 20 pairs but over the years I got too close to a thousand keep doing what you doing Vans you guys are the best they also search for autism which I think is the most awesomest thing my son is autistic autism is not a bad thing it's a gift people need to realize that!!!!

It smells great In there and I got my shoes like 4 or 3 months ago and there still in good condition. As you can see.

Good selection of styles and very friendly staff. My daughter even commented on how friendly the staff was. Stand-alone location is nice to not have to wander through an entire indoor mall to get there.

Went in to exchange shoes and Azlyn was awesome greeted me upon entering. She quickly helped me get what I wanted through online ordering as they didn't have my size this was soo great👌 Tish the cashier was also friendly,quick and courteous 😊 I will definitely be returning to this location.

Gregg was awesome. I called in looking for some shoes for some last minute hiking in the snow. He knew exactly what I needed. When I got there, he had 3 different pair picked out in my size ready to go. Super personable & down-to earth. Thanks dude!

Vans store is great. I only wear vans sunglasses and they have a good deal right now on sales items buy one get one half off.
Also... A bunch of cute girls work there that are all super nice so cant complain

The store and the staff is great they were really very very helpful in helping me make a selection for Christmas present there are several locations in the Inland Empire and I went to two of them and in both stores they were very friendly very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would go there again 4 a purchase of any kind.

I went there today with my kids so they can use there Xmas gift card. Well i have to say cashier Jesse P was very very helpful. He help my youngest get two shirts pair shoes n a hat for $60. Thank you very much.

Despite the store being busy, I was greeted by staff and immediately received assistance in looking for shoes. The staff was organized and attentive. Clean store, good selections.

They were following all the guidelines for in store shopping, wiping down and cleaning non stop. They also had every size and selection I needed for Christmas shopping!!

This was a fun experience. I was glad they had just what I needed and the staff were super friendly too!
