Store Manager Adrian was awesome. Super attentive, great at providing information and answering any questions we had, great taste in music, left with no confusion or remaining questions. All around great worker.

My recent experience at this location was excellent. I didn’t have to wait long at all and Mareena gave outstanding customer service. She also made me aware of specials and opportunities to reduce my current bill. This makes me want to stay with AT&T.

Jose went above and beyond to help me. He assisted me in obtaining a new phone and improved service! He was quite knowledgable as well. We had one of our greatest AT&T experiences here, and I'll return without a doubt.

Jose was an amazing rep went over and beyond for me. I was driving for 2 hrs+ because my phone was having wireless issues and the GPS was down. He helped me get a new phone and updated service! He was also very knowledgeable in the deals AT&T had like the autopay and essential workers discount that helped me get the cheapest deal possible!!!

Amazing staff! Jose and Cera were amazing!! Do not go to the home wood location!! They will turn you away! Come to this location instead. Great vibes here

This was one of our best experience with AT&T. Imani and Kyra were very knowledgeable and helpful with upgrading our phones. They went the extra mile to set up our new phones and answer all the questions we had. Good customer service is rare these days, however the service my husband I received yesterday was welcomed.

Jose the store manager is literally the best ! He knows his stuff very very good . He helped me out so much his team looks fairly new but definitely knows how to multitasking...

Kyra, Jose and Jamari Imani, all are excellent employees, they all are so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed for my household. Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to help me with acquiring a new tablet! He explained everything from how the device functions to how it will affect my bill! It's nice to know there's a store manager that cares about his customers. I'll be shopping here going forward for sure!

Sams club rep screwed up my order and I came to my local Att store. Jose did an amazing job explaining things about my plan and getting me started on tv service. Competent and knowledgeable.

Jimmie is an awesome 👏🏾 Manager! He was able to fix my husband and I Bill and now we are paying less than what we’ve paid in the past 3 years! He upgraded my husbands phone and provided the best customer service! We will visit again as long as he is working with the company!

I was in the store when a man threatened the associates in the store over a refund he wanted. The associates in the store Jimmy ( Manager), Danny and Meca handled the situation professionally and made sure all of the customers were safe. They avoided what could have been a potentially bad situation and kept everyone calm. I highly recommend this store and their associates.

I went into the store hoping to leave feeling better then I came in. And Ali most defly made my visit with their location I will have no problem coming back to this location. He was very welcoming, advising and he even made one heck of deal on a package for me. Overall it was great customer service.

Jada and Jose Rock!! I went to this store today and I was greeted with a smile from both sales rep and they were also very courteous. They both took their time with me (granted), I was switching from an Android phone to the iPhone XR, meaning this was very foreign to me. They both answered ALL of my questions in a professional manner and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Going forward, I would definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and I would definitely do business with this store location again!!

Before I came in the store I looked at the reviews and I was skeptical about coming to the store. I am very happy with their customer service. Jose was very helpful. initially i came to the store because something was wrong with my iPhone. I gave him very few littles details before I could finish my sentence Jose came up with the solution. Turns out the reason why my phone was acting up was because I did not restart my device. He explained to how some models of the iPhone are not as compatible with the new IOS. He then asked if he could check the value on the phone to see if I could get some trade in credit and get it applied to my new device! I am very happy with my new iPhone!

My experience with AT&T Rep Danny was very pleasant. He was professional and did an excellent job with explaining the phones and features its been many years since I upgraded. Great Job Sir
