Amazed!, The King Soopers franchise had done their hw and due diligence with this store. Find a welcoming fresh friendly clean atmosphere coming in; upon a great community neighborhood in SD. Plus find great deals, besides what you came in for in groceries. Well done. Keep it up!

Good people and good variety of products. Judy, Anna, Sean, Sergi and Alejandro are all amazing staff.
Update : this store launched a scan, bag and go where you take a scanner and scan your items as you go. The software isn’t running up to demand and it is constantly down.
The new manager, Chase, isn’t a very workable person. He is not on the floor often enough to talk and listen to customer input.
The worst department so far is the hot deli food counter. The ladies behind told me tonight that no substitution in a deal is not allowed, so we went with the breast, thigh, wings and drumsticks deal. However, she didn’t have any more drumsticks. So she said she would give us an extra wing. What I got was a wing tip. She also manhandled the chicken pieces as she lectured us about how she is going to get in trouble if she allowed substitution.
And here I thought customer is always right.

The price and quality both are good, Ralphs is one of the best market for me.

The staff are wonderful. Always have products we want, and more. The variety of cheeses is great. The bakery messes with my diet. Seriously we shop at Ralph's because we like everything about the store.

By far one of the best grocery stores I've been to. Food is always fresh and restocked. Staff is super friendly (with the exception of the meat department) and the checkout lines are very fast.

This is weird, but the sushi here is superb. I don't think it has anything to do with Ralph's, I think it's the people who run the sushi counter are very creative and show passion for their work. I tried the sushi at other ralphs and they were disappointing in comparison. It's restaurant quality and there's always new rolls to try. I know we should support local businesses, but with a toddler it just can't happen. So I find myself eating supermarket sushi and Ralph's is above the rest.

The supermarket used to be really rude to me and not very customer service oriented, but everytime I go now I feel like they know what's up and know how to treat people and answer questions and be responsive to me. They deserve five stars over and over again and even though they are not price competitive they're my first choice when my cheapness doesn't kick in.

This is my favorite grocery store in Southern California. It's affiliated with Kroger but has a bit more selection for the vegetarian and Asian cuisines. Good produce and good prices.

The Floral Center at Ralph's 4S is amazing. They do beautiful work at reasonable prices and take special requests with a smile and cheerful attitude.

This is more than a store - this is a shopping experience. Ralph's 4S carries items I cannot find anywhere else and it is in an atmosphere many steps above a regular grocery store. Shop there once and I guarantee you will return!

Not my regular Ralphs location but their customer service stood out to me and my wife. Every employee we saw greeted us warmly. Keep up the good work!

Great prices on fresh products. The Kroger brand items are such a good value for money! This store in particular has great selection and freshest produce.

Great place to get all you need for your groceries and more. Very clean..love the Cheese and sushi stations. Employees are very nice and helpful..

Little bit of History first. Ralphs is owned by Albert G. Ralphs of the Ralphs family who also owns most of the land in 4s Ranch area. Since this Ralphs is located on the home turf, it is maintained with class and affection.

I am shopping here and very regular for past 6 years. But why I am writing this review now, its because of Judi F the cashier

Ralphs is known for his excellent customer service, they will not compromise on that for any reason. But I am here because of this particular incident on 9/1/2016 around 9:30 pm.

I came here just to pick up a gallon of milk, and I only took my Ralphs Gift card, as I usually walk and do not want to carry my wallet. Once I came to the cashier lane, and gave the card, I was short by a $1.54, which is not pennies or dimes. I asked the Cashier (Judi F) to keep the milk and I was ready to walk back home to get my wallet. She did not think twice and just gave me the milk and said it is ok and handed over me the milk. Ralphs is today where it is because of the staff like Judy F.

This is a business style happens only in India (and similar countries) based on trust. We pay the shops Monthly or weekly, its all based on Trust. I felt home last night :)

Even with sprouts coming to the neighborhood, Ralphs will be the King in Ralphs home.

Our favorite RALPH'S. Always clean, plenty of great selections & most prices are pretty good.

Only complaint, they let Starbucks in the store. We HATE Starbucks.

I really like going to Ralph's. The selection of foods is excelent. I really like the cheese and Deli area. Great display of items.

Nice store with friendly customer service. Parking can be a little chaotic.
