Amazing service. I called to see if they had my fertilizer in stock and they answered the phone immediately and literally walked to aisle to make sure it was there. Then when I arrived two people greeted me and walked me over to the aisle and picked out the fertilizer and put in my cart. The whole transaction took less than three minutes. Save time and frustration, skip Home Depot.

These hardware stores are the best. When there's not a home depothey're very reliable. The owners there are so amazing, they treat you and me. You at the door you feel so welcome. The daughter is amazing, it's a family owned, and they're in front of the door always greeting everybody.

Love this store. Chuck a former plumber has helped me out several times. He is incredibly handy and has great tips on what you can do to solve your problem. He'll direct you to the right product and usually he is spot on with what you need to do. Everyone in the store is friendly and more than happy to help. It's obvious they care about their customers and this community. Please shop there - you won't be disappointed. Thank you to Griffin Ace Hardware - we are so lucky to have you around.

Great service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. The young man at the key counter did an internet search for a plumbing part that I need. When I got to the register, one other customer was being helped, and an observant cashier walked up and helped me! Fine store, and GREAT crew!

This is how you run a store! The staff are literally the best and most knowledgeable. There is usually someone standing at the door as you enter. They ask what you are looking for and guide you to the isle where it is located. I always have a great experience at ACE 4S Ranch!

This store is wonderful! I've worked in large hardware stores and small mom and pop hardware stores in my early 20's. It wasn't until I became a homeowner that I found my love for ACE Hardware while living on the east coast. When I moved to California and came into this particular Ace hardware, I was floored by how awesome it was in the inside. The home decor section is amazingly huge, it's nice and bright in the store, and the staff is amazing! Bravo to the workers who are always willing to go the extra mile and help out their customers! You can always tell when a business is run well and cares about it's employees when they have happy and polite staff.

Excellent customer service. They greet you at the door, direct you to what your looking for while communicating via headset to other staff. Then when you get to your section another helper is there to assist. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, dont let the small store size fool you. We go there often and they always have what were looking for. They are pretty smart at stocking the right things.

Great local hardware store for home improvement needs. The staff are always friendly and helpful here. The prices are okay a little bit more than the big box stores, but when staff know you by name it’s worth paying extra and supporting a local business.

Great hardware store. Store seems to have things I can't find at big box stores. Have a Traeger bbq and they have a good selection of wood, spices and rubs, and accessories. They make or repair screens! Great service, always there to help find something or answer questions.

I have found items in this Ace store that Home Depot and Lowe's don't even stock; and not just once, but several times. There prices aren't that much different on many items and the people at Ace are very helpful. I now find myself going to Ace first. You probably already know that the service at Home Depot sucks. You're going to love shopping at Ace.

Great customer service! It's smaller than a Home Depot, but is packed full of just about all the supplies you could want. There is an upstairs area also that contains a lot of plumbing supplies, the stairs are in the back right corner if you are walking into the building.

If you can't find something, just ask someone. They are very knowledgeable and can find what you are looking for a lot faster than you can if you are new to the store.
