The guy who bought my wheelchair out (Daryl) took the original Cushion back because it was too thick, and told me he would send out one that didnt sit me too high in my chair , after almost six months found out he doesn't work there anymore and I had to ask my insurance to pay for something that was supposed to be covered qoth the price of the original order , Got the New one today and it doesn't fit my chair !

My insurance sent them a approval for a $17k plus for a high end wheelchair. They sent a guy out Joe McNight to measure me and pick chair. 4 weeks later the owner Allen shows up with a completely different wheelchair and nothing fits. Then says “ I’ll take it back and order the one Joe measure and picked for you.” Why didn’t you do this from the start Allen?!! Don’t have your insurance send you here. 7 weeks later I have no wheelchair and no response. Will be contacting Blue Shield.
