Joe is a great employee. He is attentive, explains things thoroughly, and works with you. He did not push me to make a decision but gave me information so I could make a uniformed decision. He listened to me and my concerns; at no time did he make me feel like I was a nuisance or wasting his time. I had a lot of questions and concerns about service, pricing, procedures, policies, plans, and billing. He was very patient with me, answered all the questions I asked and most importantly he didn't brush my concerns aside. I never felt uncomfortable asking all my questions and never once did Joe make me feel like my concerns were silly or dumb. AT&T is very lucky to have Joe as an employee.

Had a great experience at the 7th street store here in Bismarck. Shout out to Jim for all his help with my new phone and accessories.

Joe was wonderfully helpful and informative. He answered our questions, and went over the pros and cons of the phones we were looking at. He made this a stress free, easy experience.

This associate was empathetic, focused, outcome driven, well trained, and just plain nice. He's blessed with a keen mind too, but that's partly luck. He did everything right.

So far my experience was very enjoyable and informative and the employees were very courteous and polite. I do hope to do business with them continuously in the future and so far I am satisfied with my products and service thank you. I love my new Flip Z by Google! Sean was very nice and even humorous and we enjoy that. 🤩

I got quick fast and friendly service upon arrival for inquiring an upgrade on my phone. The staff member Dustin F. was very helpful and efficient.

Rileigh was an amazing help with everything I needed. Pointed out what was my best options and helped with anything else I needed! Will definitely be going back to her everytime!

After lots of headaches from the north store I decided to go to the south one and got so so so much more help and Kendra helped my mom and I and I can’t thank her enough. We had lots of laughs and such a great experience. 100 percent wonderful. If I ever need to in the future I will be coming here for sure.

Went to AT&T because Straight Talk...well, their service is rotten. Joey stepped up to help my wife and I get everything straightened out and worked for about 2 hours with us to get numbers transferred and the price of the phone to an affordable level. Joey is not a customer service sales associate, this guy is a sales expert and should be making gobs of money for his expertise and fantastic customer service. Joey answered all of our questions and even helped other associates with their questions. He is a rock star that went well above and beyond what he had to do.

Fantastic service! Ask for Amanda!! She spent hours with us in making sure that we were well taken care of while from start to finish. Great attitudes and customer service, thanks Amanda!

Making an ad pot online was very helpful. Rep was very helpful. This was my first time in AT&T so I can say with certainty it was because of my rep Kendra Bieber. She was ready for me and very efficient and good at what she does there. I was done in no time and she got me switched in no time at all. Even did a little extra setup for me. Great job

Dustin was such a great help to us getting us set up with Direct TV streaming. He went above and beyond, we feel. We can be a little illiterate when it comes to all this new stuff and he was so great and patient explaining everything to us. He even made an extra trip to our house when we couldn’t figure out why we weren’t getting internet to the TV. He’s a super guy and very friendly.

Ally was more than perfect today!! I had been struggling with the phone customer service for awhile and she made it much more clear!! She explained and showed me details of the different transactions on my account and really stood up for me! Her and Karen both have great time-passing conversations too!

Ally and Jordan have been so helpful, sweet and patient with me. They were so great at finding me ways to save money and making sure all of my needs were met!!! I have never had such great customer service with AT&T!!! Thank you Ally and Jordan!

Went there on 12-7-2020 just a little after 10am. The nice lady that helped me was excellent. She transferred everything on 1 phone to my new one. I bought the screen glass case protector and a case for my phone and she was nice enough to do all that for me too. I got a free 6ft cord to go with my phone also. They had some kind of promotion going on when you buy 2 of something you get a car charger or cord for free (asked them about the promotion). I don't recall her name but thanks.

Allly and Dustin have been extremely helpful providing how to connect our AT&T TV. Their friendly attitude and patience was over and above normally what we have gotten from other retailers.They made sure we understood every step and offering further instructions as needed. Because of those 2 we have no desire to switch to different carriers. We give them a 10 star.
