Kohl's

The employees were very helpful to help me find 3 of my Christmas gifts. I need to define thank you, ladies for everything.

Massive store with a lot of selection. All reasonably priced. Everything from clothes to kitchen to toys. Very clean facility as well.

Bought some cute baby clothes for a good price. Got $30 in Kohl's cash rewards.
Also returned an Amazon product and got an extra 20% off coupon.

I typically come for the Amazon Return's I can do toward the back of the store which is really convenient. I will say, the returns area can get busy quick so find a time when people don't normally show up there.

The store overall is well kept, organized and something I've noticed is the lines are never long they seem to have a proper flow and appropriate number of staff at registers when needed.

I found out yesterday that I needed dress clothes for my son's orchestra concert for today. After searching 6 other stores I remembered there was this Khols close to me. They saved the day! They had exactly what I needed and it was on sale! I also found a bunch of cute towels for the kitchen that I have looked for at several stores. The kind of towels that are soft but not micro fiber so they actually absorb water. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Drop off my Amazon return and I was greeted by a very sweet women who directed myself and another customer to the back. Regardless that there were many sign showing its location it was nice that she greeted us and sent us on our way. Customer service was friendly, efficient and quick. I ended up using there 25% off coupon that I received from my Amazon return. That was smart because I haven't shopped there in years. So yes I purchased clothes for my grandchildren and used that coupon. Another younger woman asked if I was able to locate everything I wanted and that was nice. They were very friendly as was my cashier he greeted me and gave me excellent service. I'll definitely return with my grandchildren and husband. Thank everyone

Always enjoy shopping at the Draper Kohl's store. We like the cashier Taqia. She is always so pleasant and never rushes us through as if we're on an assembly line. She makes sure she has checked to see if we're using all our coupons that are listed on our account which we appreciate very much.

Great service and easy for returns

Tons of options and very well organized kohl’s. This has a lot of stuff in this store and it’s very easy to find what you are looking for. Right now they are having a great sale on swimsuits. The fitting rooms are open which is nice.

The place is big and is laid out really good for shoppers convenient. The store Is really clean and orderly. All the checkers were wearing masks and cleaned and sanitized the check out stations after each customer. They had a greeter at the front that was wearing a mask and ask if you needed any help and where items are located in the store which I thought was very helpful because the store is very large.

I’m giving Kohl’s 5 stars because I discovered they were a drop off hub for Amazon packages. I otherwise would never have occasion to frequent the store. I was amazed how fast and convenient it was. No lines. In and out. It was of course located in the back of the store—smart because it tempts you to snoop around for deals and perhaps make a purchase. Great service to draw a new market segment into the store to increase incidental sales revenue.

I don't know if I've ever paid full price for anything at Kohl's. It seems like just about everything goes on sale or is already on sale which is a great thing because I like getting clothes at reasonable prices. I absolutely love how much I can save when I buy from the clearance items. There's always plenty of parking as well.

I find that generally, Kohls is overpriced. However, it’s so easy to find great items on sale and to use Kohls cash to pay a reasonable price for anything in the store. I also LOVE that you can do Amazon returns here without even needing a box 👍

Took my granddaughter for some pants. We hadn't visited here in a few years. Her favorite spot used to be the teens clearance, now it's the young woman's section. We looked at red jeans but alas too late for her size. We checked for coveralls but they were not on sale. She found a pair of pants, some earrings, and a top...all on clearance for 27.00. I was a happy grandpa.
