If I could I would give 10 STARS solely based on our experience at the printing shop! James and Francesca literally saved our day! Thanks to them we were able to printout table seating, baby shower games and other activities. They were so incredibly helpful and they helped ensure I got the best pricing for everything. Also the store is fully stocked and we were able to get everything we need right in the store, ie acrylic holders for sign, poster boards etc. We can’t recommend this Staples enough! Thanks again James and Francesca!

I had a good experience here and found my printer supplies easily. it has a very nice selection of products from what I’ve seen and is very well organized too. This staples location is well maintained, neat, organized, and well stocked. There's ample parking along with ups drop off

I needed a huge poster printed and packaged carefully for traveling and Jenny from printing and marketing did such a good job making sure everything was taken care of! Ty Jenny for going above and beyond and for your sincere wishes!

I used their printing service. I uploaded my files from Dropbox onto the staples website. This was the first time i have ever done something like this but the website was very easy to navigate. I was able to pick color or b/w and paper quality for my printing job as well as pay for the order online. The job was done faster than i had expected and i was able to pick it up from the store. The copies were neatly packaged in a nice box with a handle. Well done Staples!

I always come here to either return stuff for amazon or purchase anything I need. The staff is friendly and I am in and out without issue.

Raul was amazing yesterday. We were looking for a new printer for our home office. He explained the difference between them all and gave us his recommendation. He went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. So happy to see this at one of my local stores. Highly recommend going to Staples in Park Ridge!

This copy center is my go-to place for any print job I have. My work has been done efficiently and promptly...no matter how large or small a job it is. Have had great encounters with their staff-Most recently was with Jenny. She had suggested more depth of color in a print job and her suggestion was correct. Always pleased with the results from here-and others should be too!

The amount of support and care I've received from the Staples employee, Stephen, made my experience worthwhile. It was 8:20pm and the Staples closed at 9pm. I frantically called them up and hoped their printing services would still be open, as I desperately needed some papers printed for an in-person meeting and I never utilized Staples for their printing services. I didn't know what I needed to print out these papers, so Stephen on the phone instructed me. Luckily, they were open and I rushed over there as fast as I could.
I get there at 8:40pm and Stephen was extremely kind, patient, and helpful during this process. I was a bit nervous about printing out these papers, but his experience and knowledge of the tools really shined through. He walked me through step by step of what to do. When I first printed out a test page, I didn't like how the page looked and Stephen actually helped me FIX the file to ensure I was fitting the 11x17 page properly. I was in awe by his kindness. I then was able to print out my papers and be out of the store before they closed. Thank you so much Stephen!

We had received a batch of recipe cards for my Bridal Shower through another company and realized the day we were stuffing envelopes for invitations that the recipe cards were semi-gloss! (For those that have not attended a shower, it is common that the bride requests the women to hand write a recipe on a recipe card that is provided with the shower invitation. If you have ever tried to write on semi-gloss paper, it becomes impossible to write with a pen without going over your writing multiple times almost putting a hole through the paper! It also tends to smudge) We knew we needed a FAST solution so we drove over to our local Staples where Noelle and Sam in the Print and Marketing Supplies department went above and beyond to help us. Upon arriving Sam sensed our urgency and when asking when we needed the recipe cards by, and receiving my response of "NOW!" he smiled and said "just give us a minute and we will figure it out". He and Noelle promptly reviewed the project and had it completed for us within 15 minutes. They not only were able to duplicate the exact design by scanning into their printer/copier but were able to print the recipe cards on double-sided card stock and cut them to the perfect dimensions for us. We were blown away by their willingness to help, problem solving and amazing customer service. Thank you both and to the Staples team in Park Ridge!

Store manger, Brian, was especially great! He helped my wife by bringing our on-line order to the entrance door, so that my wife could keep her eyes on our two young kids that had just fallen asleep in the car. Depsite the fact that the store was particularly busy given the "back to school" / Labor Day weekend. Now that is what I consider great, accommodating customer service!

I had some questions about a printer I was looking at. I was home so I called this store. The young man on the phone was very nice and did his best to answer my questions. I appreciated the time he took with me on the phone. Last Saturday I went into the store and bought it.

Went into staples today to get something laminated. The girl who laminated it, Julia, did an amazing job and ensured it was perfect. She was so nice and it was her first day & she did a great job! 10/10 experience.

I went here because I needed tape strong enough to hold the sign for my store down the street (M&M Bagels and Cafe). Fortunately, some woman not only escorted me to the tape but gave me the whole to-do about them and really helped me out. The workers on other occasions (yes I needed many things for my shop haha) have helped me out a ton.

I'm a fan of Staples and a big fan of this store in particular. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have helped me with everything from computer purchases to printing and copying. I have also sent my clients to this store for assistance.

I have always had a great experience at this location. Greg in Print Services was phenomenal on multiple occasions.

I like Staples. They price match Amazon Prime on ink so it's the best price around.

They had almost everything I needed and what they didn't have they helped me get it sent to my house no charge
