I’ve shipped packages at many different places and the Matawan UPS Store and its staff are by far the best I’ve ever encountered, especially Youssef and Chris. Time and time again these guys all go above and beyond..whether it’s helping track down a missing package or running after a driver to make sure your package gets on the last truck, this team is simply the best. Their service and friendliness made me decide I will only be using UPS for my shipping needs moving forward. Keep up the excellent work gentlemen.

Just closed the car wash and googled The Ups Store. I am two lights down.. I have 7 minutes. I know how frustrating it can be when that last minute customer walks in… not only was I the last minute customer but since Amazon changed their return policy, it’s so difficult to get a return label. Blaze never once showed any signs of frustration. Both him and Chris powered through my return in record time. Really amazing customer service. I really didn’t expect that. I gave them double whammies but they really just showed such amazing kindness. Thank you

Had to ship eleven large boxes across country during Christmas rush. Josh and team were ultra professional helping me get them out. In and out in ten minutes! Outstanding service. Thank you! Excellent small business. A+++

Great service, great people! Very helpful. Jim has been outstanding. I often drop off Amazon returns here and they are not always packaged as they should. Jim helps out wherever he can and we always leave with a smile.

Raphael and the store manager were very helpful in assisting me. Costs are very reasonable. Glad to have a friendly, local store to go to for printing and packaging needs. Will use them instead of Post Office. No lines. Courteous service.

Josh (the owner) is extremely helpful! He stayed late for myself and two other customers in the middle of a pandemic. He didn’t even charge me (probably because his register was already closed but still). Superb and kind!

The employee Rafael who works there is very helpful and takes the time to make sure you are well taken care of. He should be promoted if he hasn’t already. There is no such thing as good customer service nowadays and he definitely has good customer service.

I been using this ups store for my personal mail and packages, I have never had any problems with the people who work here. They’re always helpful and never rude. So please DNT go off these bad comments because it’s jus not true.. 4 years of service with them and I am always pleased. Keep up the great customer service guys!!!

I’ve gone here to mail packages and have documents notarized. They always go above and beyond (I was taping a package with cheap tape and they sealed it with their own higher quality tape) and continually maintain a high level of professionalism. I love having this place right around the corner!

Went to print 300 copies and the owner was so friendly despite me having to make many readjustments. His patience and kindness really made my experience less stressful . Would go back for all my mailing and printing needs
