AT&T Store

Raul is the best. Very knowledgeable, personable and fair . I wish all business transactions could be as easy and efficient as his store is. It will be the only AT&T store I go to ever again

Raul was great then I also got help from Victor who was also awesome . Nothing to do with the customer service, but I was hacked both times while at this location. I don’t know if it was the WiFi, but my phone was hacked including my social media accounts so just beware

Raul and his great colleague whose name I didn’t catch made for a very pleasant and efficient experience today. Can’t thank them enough for the assistance in purchasing a new phone.

After two fruitless hours talking to someone at the AT&T phone center to correct and error they had made, I was looking for a new phone service. The store is near me so I thought I'd go and tell a live person how I felt. I was immediately attended to by Raul. He was unbelievable. In short order, I had made problem resolved and I walked out with three new phones. Raul was the consummate professional. I will NEVER call AT&T again, but will visit Raul with any issues I have. I am quite confident in recommending this store if you have any issues. Be sure you work with Raul, he is a revelation.

AT&T Rep. Victor at the Gallivan Blvd Dorchester, MA was professional and very helpful, transferring
number to a new cellphone, he provided "Excellent Customer Service".

I went in with my very upset mom due to lost text messages. Mint stepped right up, super friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, and was able to put a smile back on mom's face by restoring her messages. There's nothing like having a calm and personable professional to ease your worst fears. I would be remiss if I did not also acknowledge Raul and Vu who are also fabulous professionals who get the job done!! This is my favorite AT&T store by far!!!

Great store!! Raul is the best at what he does. Came in and got me signed up right away with the phone I wanted and the plan That would be best for me. Had some trouble transferring my number over and setting it up and went right back to him and he set it right up for me. Great guy and definitely would do business here instead of anywhere else..

I have been there several times and have had excellent customer service. Sometimes for something quick and others to get a new phone. Raul has been very helpful and very attentive.

John S. was very helpful to me while trying to figure out how to get a new phone ASAP. He was knowledgeable about the solutions he could provide and very nice. I didn't have to wait around all day like in other phone stores either. John was really great, he also gave me a good recommendation on a restaurant in the area. I would definitely recommend him if you need anything.

I was very frustrated because of an issue that I've been dealing with for 4 hours on my own I wasn't in that place 15 minutes to I think the manager I forget his name he was an unbelievable gentleman unbelievable curtaunbelievable courtesy and exactly what he was doing that was my 1st time ever and I'm almost 60 years old lol OL lol in-and-out that fast and thorough with no problem from AT&T and I'm telling you I have a whole lot of bad things to say of what he came to you but I can't see it this day

I had the fortunate opportunity to get Vu when I went into the Dorchester store to buy a new phone the other day. Vu was extremely, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He was also so polite and friendly. Excellent service, highly recommend!!
Also, I went back a couple of days later to get some help with the new phone and Tony helped me, he was fantastic also. They know their stuff at this store, thank you all!!
