Good foods and the prices were unbeatable.

Bột chiên ( Fried dough with fish sauce) is very good
Cơm gà xào xả ớt ( Chicken with lemongrass) is very good
Cơm gà xào xả ớt ( Beef with lemongrass) is very good
Cháo trứng bắc thảo (Congree with century egg) is very good

Excellent food

I walked into this joint, not thinking much of it. There were people yelling outside and the inside was empty. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea, which was surprisingly one of the best I've ever had. I finished it in 2 minutes.

I also got the chicken teriyaki with rice and vegetables, just hoping to fill my stomach after not eating all day. I was absolutely flabbergasted, the chicken teriyaki was truly delicious, and it stayed the delicious the entire time I had it. What a serendipitous eating experience.

Dot Cafe is simply one of the best things to ever happen to Dorchester.

Their Breakfast is amazing, their Lunch is also amazing. I love the French Toast Special, all of their Sandwiches, and their Chicken Teriyaki plate is a masterpiece of flavor and texture. They also have the best Thai Milk Tea in the city. What makes the experience even more special, is the great customer service!

This place is a favorite amongst me and my closest family members.

Overdue review. Summary: AMAZING HIDDEN GEM

I've been here countless times and always get the udon soup. Their udon soup is made the way that my family makes it, and I have not found another Vietnamese restaurant that makes the soup this style (clear pork broth with peppered meatballs, shrimp, imitation crab, Vietnamese ham). The soup also comes with fried shallots and FRESH chili oil... the details! Whenever I eat at Dot Cafe, I can taste the love that was put into the food. Makes me feel like my mother cooked for me.

Today I also tried the rice soup. As expected, it did not disappoint. The consistency was on point and they also added a bit of preserved egg (overachiever).

Besides the delicious food that makes you feel as if a loved one gave you a warm hug, the prices are unbelievably affordable. My two dishes costed less than $14. Dot Cafe really knows how to feed their community with delicious and accessible food.

Also the restaurant is a mom-and-pop place. You know that you are supporting a small family owned business, which is always great. I am definitely a regular here and will be coming back for more.

Place was clean, gentleman taking my order was very polite. Food came out quick and exactly as ordered. Very reasonably priced. Would buy again for sure, best bacon cheeseburger 🍔😋😋

I have been coming to this cafe for years now. Located in the heart of Fields Corner, this cafe is one of the best in the area. The Veggie omelet is a favorite of mine. The size of their omellets are incredible and at a limited premium compared to other breakfast places in the area. Vietnamese owned, they take of all of their patrons. I continue to be surprised when my veggie omelet seems to get bigger by the day. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed. You can't go wrong with the house special. While your there, have one of their Vietnamese iced coffee or tea!

Update 04/12/18.....

Dot Cafe surprised me with exceptional service. Even though the cafe closed early on Sunday, the lovely lady working prepared 3 chicken teriyaki meals for me as requested. This was such a pleasant surprise and a testament to the cafes heart in the community. Although this was a one time deal, it really showed they truly care for their customers.

First of all. They have the best iced coffee EVER!! So one day I decided to try and breakfast sandwich, which was good, the next I tried the lunch . Spicy teriyaki chicken and white rice! Omg. My new fav place. And the guy whose always are the register weekdays . Super awesome , friendly! I love this place

Really good breakfast as usual but today I tried their lunch the teriyaki chicken .. taste fresh and spicy means spicy this meal was no joke well done. Great job
