The staff was so kind and all seemed to greet me when I entered the door. Everyone was so nice and the drinks I ordered were made perfectly. The woman who was my cashier struck up a conversation with me using my name while I was waiting and I felt special. Overall, great starbucks experience.

I love the Starbucks in east milton but there’s just one thing it is a little slow but I think that once the renovation is over it will be faster so I would definitely rate it a five star

The staff here consistently work their tails off. Never do you see an employee being rude but always attentive and listening to make sure they get the order correct.

Small Cafe seating indoors but it has a nice outdoor setting if the weather is nice.

The worker with curly hair is the best. I brought my dog once but it couldn’t come in so he stood outside with my dog for me and then offered me his job 👍. But i said no.

The register and barista were both attentive and cheerful. I've been coming to this store through many years and different crews, and I know that attitude tends to flow down from the top. Good management at this place makes for happy crews and happy customers.

I ordered a vanilla soy latte from Uber Eats and could tell there was regular milk in it. I called and Jen was soooo kind and helpful!!! I reordered and she even threw in a gift card!! Mistakes always happen, especially at a busy time like Sunday morning, but the staff here does everything to make sure you have an enjoyable experience! Always a pleasure going here 😊

East Milton Sq Starbucks has great staff and is convenient to rt 93 northbound. But. Saturday mornings are hellish. I spent a half hour waiting for a sausage egg and cheese, and I mobile ordered 15 mins out, too. Understaffed maybe? Idk. Staff was apologetic and friendly about it

Shout out to Jenn I believe she is the manger or a super visor not sure, nonetheless I was very disappointed with my cold brew coffee today it just taste like vanilla sweet cream with water , so I called the location to express how disappointed I was and Jenn asked me to come back and they will remake it. I went back this afternoon and the crew that was on were more than happy to assist me with remaking my drink. Thank you guys/gals for making up for this morning’s error. I so appreciate that. You are not the first Starbucks who had water down cold brew I just don’t think I’ll get cold brew at Starbucks again unless they bring back the previous kind pre COVID, the new cold brew is awful and taste just like water with cream 😝. But again thanks for making it up to me 8/9/2020 😉

What could I say if I'll stop well most of my family members like Starbucks I am sort of a Dunkin' donuts is my preference but I have had a Carmel ribbon crunch

It was delicious I also had the grilled cheese sandwich it was the best sandwich I ever had these are the only two items that I can refer to but I must say I like it the coffee on the other hand is a little bit too softly it kept me hyped up all day I have energy it took me a minute to wind myself down so I give it five stars one thing is always the same when I go in Starbucks it's a place with people can be oh and let me know forget and Braintree they have a board when you can leave a note and I left God bless everyone and Starbucks I thought that was sort of cool so I give them a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this this talk about that I went to was in Braintree Mass it was such a popular location that they actually ran out of things

So going down there leave a note meet people have fun

Had the best visit to this shop in a while. A new employee was an absolute ray of sunshine and made our day. Thank you for hiring the gentleman and look forward to seeing him again.

I placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats at this Starbucks and never received it. When I called Starbucks to find out the status, the barista that answered said that they had made my order, but a driver had not been by to pick it up. He put in another request with Uber Eats to pick it up and remade my coffees so that they were fresh when I received them!

All starbucks are amazing. You want an amazing cup of coffee this is the place. Staff is always amazing and the bathrooms always clean. They always have a quiet area to do some work or just hang out.

Wonderful staff at this location. They put a smile on my face. Service was quick and efficient!

Barista MATTHEW deserves a raise - he handled a HUGE crowd in the store plus mobile orders non-stop without missing a beat!!! Great spot for people watching & interesting conversations, but they REALLY need some air fresheners in the restroom 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

You think they were giving away money with the amount of people that come into that store..... That being said the staff is amazing and the place seems to run like clockwork.....

Same as all starbucks. I did like that they are quick and the crew has a good rhythm going. Keep it up, I have been to other stores and they take forever.
