Friendly staff, efficient check-out. I purchased a dog toy that was battery operated and stopped working the same day I purchased it, the store was very kind and took the product back even though I couldn’t find my receipt. I also really appreciate that they always offer to help me carry heavy things out to my car!

I love Premier Pet Supply. They have such a great variety of brands, local, USA, healthy, grain free etc etc. My little Yorkiepooh loves their treats! I shop the Beverly Hills location and downtown on Washington Blvd. The staff is always helpful and friendly - knowledgeable

We adopted two kittens today at this location and can’t speak highly enough of the quality of service we received from Brian. He was attentive to all of our questions, helped us through the paperwork, and was extremely kind. Other employees were also very kind and helpful.

On top of that, Premier Pet Supply provides an adoption package with litter, dry food, wet food, treats, etc. An INCREDIBLE offer that makes the process much easier.

Walked in asking for help with a harness for my fence jumper. Had a few team members go above and beyond for my rescue, making our home life so much safer. Thank you.

Took my grand kid Luna along with my daughter for a bath. Excellent facilities with a fully closeted room for the bath. Free supplies for the bath. Good shower for the dogs. The dryer is quite powerful hence the noise could trigger reaction in some dogs. After this first experience decided to visit often with our pet. Huge outlet well stocked with all items. Friendly counter staff.

This is my go-to pet store for good quality cat food. The store is always super clean and well-staffed with friendly, knowledgeable employees. The prices for food and litter are comparable to or cheaper than chain stores. I do find some of the toys and pet accessories (beds, cat trees, etc.) to be on the pricier end, but I also think they tend to stock higher-quality items than big box stores. And the last time I was there, this guy was roaming around like he owned the place. 😁 His name is Winston, and he's faster than you would expect a big turtle (tortoise?) to be.

Tip: Some of the dry pet food and cat litter have frequent buyer programs (e.g., buy 10, get one free). Most of them are automatically tracked if you have a premier pet supply shopper's card, but you should ask a staff member to see if you need to save any bar codes or anything. Unfortunately, I think the totals are not combined from different store locations. But it's still a nice bonus.

Clean store, animal centric staff. They also carry crickets and meal worms; this is where I go to get fishing bait.

This is my go-to pet supply store even though I moved out of the area. This is OG branch- the owners and sales people are very sweet and knowledgeable. They’ll special order anything you need. It’s great to see a good small business expand over the years.

Great place for pets. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seem genuinely interested to interact with my pet. Prices where very reasonable, and the rest of wide variety of pet products. The staff also see knowledgeable and what was in the store and went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. They seem to allow pet training in their facility through it outside agency. There's not much more I can say about premier pet supply. If you live in the area I'd recommend using them!

Fantastic local pet store with a great selection and knowledgeable staff. This is our go-to pet store with everything you need for dogs, cats, and any other pet you may have! Make sure you head to the back and visit the bunnies and hamsters that are visiting.

This store has fantastic customer service. The sales staff know the merchandise and they take time to help you if you have questions. We're new pet owners and I am so glad we have a family owned pet store we can go to instead of one of the big chains. The experience is wonderful. We were first introduced to the store many years ago when our daughter was in in elementary school and the owner would bring animals for the kids to see. I was impressed then and I'm more impressed now. Great local business!

Amazing place, so much variety with many options for cat food (especially if your cat has dietary issues).
They also have fish, lizards, and fuzzy animals in the back for sale or if you need a mood boost from the cuteness!

Been dealing with Premier Pet since they opened their doors in Beverly Hills. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Willing to help solve any questions you have on dogs, cats, fish, reptiles and other creatures. If you can’t find what your looking for talk with the manager and they will bring it in for you on special order. Like having them in our neighborhood.
