I needed to transfer all the data from my old phone to my new one and had no clue what to do. Jason was extraordinarily Patient and explained everything thoroughly While he was doing it.
This will definitely be my go to Verizon store even though it’s not the closest one to my home.

Carlos was super helpful and really took the time to explain all the terms of service. Super friendly employee that made the experience enjoyable. It was nice not to be overly pressured. He really helped me find the best plan for my needs. He allowed me to walk out with a smile, confident of my purchase . The other employees were great too! It was nice to see that they were willing to work as a team and help each other out (grabbing items etc.) Solid service!

Exceptional service and care at the Long Beach Town Center Verizon store. My sales person was Tyrone. He was very knowledgeable and patient with helping me find the best phone.

Daughter needed a new iPhone, the sales associate, Tyler, did everything he could to get her a great phone for a good price, and Set it up for her

This is my favorite Verizon store to go to. The staff is always super helpful and polite, and are never pushy. My most recent visit was to upgrade my dead iPhone 11, and mind you, I am not the greatest with technology. Kyler was so helpful and explained my options. He answered all of my questions and I was all set with a new phone and accessories in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location!

And have been satisfied with Verizon.
We had a Sunday, 9/23 appt and while Kyler was assisting us, other customers would come in, Kyle would excuse himself for a few seconds & acknowledged and friendly greeted each customer , explaining how long their wait would be.Kyle was calm and collected as customers kept coming in, not stressed. Very professional. Seriously, Kyler knows his stuff. Customers buying a new phone takes time. They should expect a wait time. My husband's new phone arrived on Thursday 9/28 and again, We had an appt to pick it up at 6pm, &
Kylers service, again was a 10 star in our book. Thank you Kyler . We're very satisfied Verizon customers.

What a great experience! Got all my iPhone issues resolved in one visit. The rep, Carlos was so knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. And found out I came at just the right time for a promotion on an iPad, now the proud owner of a new iPad. Have been wanting one forever. Thanks Carlos and Verizon!!

The employees went over and beyond in customer service with assisting me trading in my phone. They explained all my options and directed me in how to get the most for my money. Not only that, I was crunched for time and they told me to go to my movie so I don’t miss it and by the time I get back, my new phone and watch will be ready to use. As promised they were!
They were able to trade in my damaged phone (which I was worried about). I ended up leaving with a new phone with a screen protector and case, and an upgraded Apple Watch (which I was on the fence for but couldn’t say no to the offer). I felt comfortable and confident in my decision and am extremely satisfied with Verizon.

Amazing customer service. I was in and out of the store with a new phone. The transfer from my old phone to my new phone was hassle free. Thank you Carlos for making my visit, quick and painless.

Kyler did a great job handling multiple customers! He maintained composure while the store was short staffed.

Everyone was friendly and funny. Didn’t make the experience boring. If you knew what you wanted they helped you right away and quickly. I came on a busy day and the employees are great at multitasking. They answered all my questions I had, meaning they knew what they are talking about. Customer service was excellent.

Andrew made my Verizon experience to be the best ever. I switched from Spectrum and got the new IPhone 14 deal. His level of knowledge and customer service attributes were beyond what you expect. Please visit him at Long Beach Towne Center on Carson. He is the real deal. Dean

I honestly dread going into Verizon stores because I often times feel like I’m not sure what to do. But I had a really good experience and I feel like I was guided in the right direction. I did not feel rushed or taken advantage of, which was a plus. He was so patient with me and the process even though my phone was taking forever.

Carlos was informative, pleasant , very patient and provided outstanding service. He upgraded all three of us with new product and more.
